The Innovational Research On The Communist Youth League Of Voluntary Higher Vocational Colleges In Jiang Xi

The Communist Youth League is a politically and socially advanced youth organization led by the communist party of China.It was born with the establishment of the communist party of China and developed with China's social construction.It is the assistant and reserve force of the communist party of China.The privte-run vocational higher college has become an important part of the higher education in China.The Communist Youth League is an vital basis that cultivate the ideological and political education of the young people in the privte-run higher vocational college.I has been engaged in student education management for nearly 20 years in the privte-run higher vocational college.Wih times having changed dramatically,I have an idea to research the communist youth league.From about December 2015,I began to consult literature,did questionnaire survey and had in-depth intervie,by which I found that there were the following problems existing in the organization of The Communist Youth League of Jiangxi private vocational college.Firstly,institutionalization is severe,the work is in order and with little contact to the grass roots masses.Secondly,the administration is prominent,we often use executive orders to give tasks and rarely do basic research.Thirdly,the "gentrification" is obvious,the activity was devoted to the ostentation and more than in grade but not in depth.Fourthly,the activity has more entertainment and we organize some unpractical entertainment activities that is not strong.There also exists some problems such as the resource guarantee mechanism is not in place,lack of party building mechanism,youth league organizations dislocation of life,low cohesion of the communist youth league,the member consciousness is thin and the utility is strong and so on.In order to strengthen the political and advanced nature of the communist youth league and it is better to gather youth and serve youth,the communist youth league of Jiang xi university of applied science and technology was the first to carry out the reform pilot,which was focused on innovation and practice in terms of resource conditions guarantee mechanism,organization promotion,innovation and entrepreneurship and new media.The study adopted two methods.First of all,through the investigation and analysis of innovation practice,we found that the communist youth league has greatly improved its ideological guidance,position construction and activity development.Then,through the questionnaires and field interviews,we also found the consciousness of league members have improved greatly.Focusing on the above—mentioned questions,the thesis put forward with the innovation path of the communist youth league of the private vocational colleges from four aspects.Firstly,it innovates working mechanism and establishes a long—termed mechanism that improves the construction of the party building.Secondly,it brings forth new ideas to the operation mode and builds sound organization life system of the league.Thirdly,it blazes new trails to the content of work and enhances the cohesion of the communist youth league.The last but not the least,it makes innovations to the thinking of work and explores actively new mode of ideological and political education of the communist youth league.In the form of continuous development,the communist youth league of private vocational colleges should keep up with the times or innovating,and self-improvement in the practice.Only in this way can we complete the tasks assigned by the party.
