The Communist Youth League Construction Of Private Higher Vocational Colleges

As the link between the Communist Party and college students, the Chinese Communist Youth League has its distinct advantage on strengthening the education of political consciousness towards students. It plays the role of the Party’s assistant or rearguard. Nowadays the construction of the Chinese Communist Youth League is confronting a diversified society. Great changes have taken place in the ideas, the growth environment, the development demands and the values of the young college students; therefore the construction of the Chinese Communist Youth League in the higher vocational colleges are facing heavier pressure. Due to the poor qualities of students in the private vocational colleges, lots of students lack learning consciousness, self-discipline and life goal, which makes it more difficult for the private vocational colleges to carry out the construction of the Chinese Communist Youth League than the state-owned colleges. So it is especially important to strengthen the construction of the Chinese Communist Youth League so as to fully realize the quality-based education and practise the socialist core values.This article carries out the study on the construction of the Chinese Communist Youth League of Zhongshan Vocational College through the current situation of social development and the new changes of students’values. Firstly, it gives out a common theoretical analysis on the construction of the Chinese Communist Youth League. Then it probes the strategies to promote the construction of the Chinese Communist Youth League. The main body of the article consists of the following five parts:Part one is the introduction. This part mainly cites the basic information of this article, such as choosing the topic of this thesis, posing the related questions, determining the research contents and study methods, finding out the innovation points and shortcomings by means of literature research.Part two is about the average theoretical analysis on the construction of the Clinese Communist Youth League in higher private vocational colleges. It analyzes the functions and effects of the construction of the Chinese Communist Youth League through the definitions of the basic contents and effects of the construction of the Chinese Communist Youth League so as to focus on the necessity and importance of the construction of the Chinese Communist Youth League in private higher vocational colleges.Part three is concerned with the case analysis. It takes the example of the Chinese Communist Youth League of Zhongshan Vocational College in order to discuss the construction matters, existing problems as well as detailed strategies.Part four puts forward some suggestions to the construction of the Chinese Communist Youth League in the private higher vocational colleges. According to the analysis on the problems which are existed in the particular cases as well as the new situations and needs of the Chinese Communist Youth League, it gives out some suggestions in connection with the related policies, the new forms and demands of the development of the Chinese Communist Youth League.
