Research On Data Quality Evaluation Of Provincial Government Data Open Platform In China

The government data open platform serves as a bridge between the government and the public data communication.Through the data open platform,citizens can not only obtain and utilize government data,but also monitor government work and participate in public management more intuitively.Government data is open to the society based on the data open platform.All provinces have successively established and started to run government data open platforms,but the open data on the platform is uneven,so the quality of data has become the decision of the development of government data platform.Important factors,so the quality of research data is conducive to the development of the government data open platform in a beneficial direction,and strengthen the open cooperation between the government and society.In order to better evaluate the open data of the Chinese government,this paper aims to objectively and effectively analyze the data quality of the open data platform of the provincial government in China,and establish a data description,metadata description,data format and update,and data acquisition.Starting from four dimensions,there are ten indicators.Under each indicator,the evaluation system of the evaluation data quality of the evaluation criteria is implemented,and the research method of Teacher Tan Biyong is divided into three levels,and the literature analysis method and induction are used.Analytical methods and website survey methods are used to evaluate the status quo of each province.In order to avoid too much workload and objectivity of research,the time period from 0:00 to 12:00 on January 1,2019 is selected.Research cycle,statistics of data sets for this time period and accuracy,data set integrity,metadata integrity,API description specifications,machine readable,non-proprietary,timeliness,accessibility,exemption,security Ten indicators are used to evaluate the quality of these data sets,to understand the development level of China's provincial open data platform at this stage,and enumerate each index.The problems existing in the datasets of the provincial platforms are marked.Throughout the development of the data quality of the open data platforms of various provincial governments,the problems existing in the development of data quality in China are summarized and corresponding development strategies are proposed,hoping to serve the platforms of the provinces and cities in the future.Construction and development provide reference.
