Research On Project Management Of Social Work Intervention In Fundraising Of Government Charity Organization

In recent years,China's philanthropy has developed toward a pattern of governance by law,perfect system,significant role,standardized management,and healthy and orderly structure.Among them,government-run charitable organizations,as an important carrier of China's charitable causes,play an irreplaceable objective effect in the provision of social welfare and the promotion of social equity.However,government charity organizations also face many difficulties in the process of fundraising,which is not conducive to the sustainable and healthy development of the organization.Therefore,it is urgent to seek an efficient and scientific fund-raising method to improve the fund-raising ability of charitable organizations.Through a visit to the H Charity Society,this article understands the current status of fundraising and the plight of fundraising.In the process of fundraising,the H Charity Association has professional dilemmas,dependence dilemmas,trust crises,legal dilemmas and other issues.To solve these dilemmas,the efficient management of the fundraising process by professionals and the use of professional fundraising skills are particularly important.Social work derived from philanthropy has gradually explored a set of professional methods and skills in the continuous development process.Among them,social work project management skills are mainly used to efficiently manage social work projects,and then achieve project goals.Facing the charity organization's fundraising dilemma,social work can use project management skills to manage charitable organization fundraising projects in the process of intervention,in order to achieve organizational goals.On this basis,based on the resource dependence theory and embedding theory,this article takes the H charity society T fundraising project as a specific observation point,uses social work project management to intervene in the H charity society T project process,and initiates and plans the project,Implementation,control,end and evaluation process for systematic and efficient management.The social work project management practice has proved that due to the participation of professional social workers,the practice of professional values and the application of professional skills,the social work project management of the T project has improved the fundraising ability and social credibility of the H Charity Association.At the same time,it should be noted that the social work project management is also faced with the practical dilemma of the social work project management process is not standardized,and the social work project management process lacks autonomy.In order to help social work project management to better participate in the collection of donations from government-run charitable organizations,it is necessary to exert efforts from three levels:social work,government-run charitable organizations and the government:social work should improve the professional quality of project social workers and establish and improve social work project management system,And actively seek to connect with and match with charitable organizations;government-run charitable organizations should change the nature of government-run organizations,improve the credibility of the organization,and strengthen professional capacity building;the government should establish a correct role positioning and improve the legal system for charitable fundraising.
