A Study On The Retirement Preparation And Its Influencing Factors Of The Retirees From The Perspective Of Retirement Policy Adjustment

The problem of old people's retirement becomes more and more serious with the increase of population ageing,which is largely due to the lack of understanding,study and recognition of the adjustment of the retirement policy.Therefore,under the social background of the adjustment of retirement policy,referring to the theoretical elaboration and survey results of the 2017 report on China's residents' retirement preparation index,retirement preparation situation,retirement preparation expectation and other related issues,taking from 45 to 60 years old retirees in Xianyang city,Shaanxi Province as the research object,this paper carries out a questionnaire investigation and empirical analysis on their retirement preparation and its influencing factors,and on the basis of testing the research hypothesis,the research conclusion and countermeasure are put forward pertinently.It is very necessary and meaningful to improve the present situation of retirement,relieve the social pressure of retirement and actively develop the cause of the aged.Firstly,this paper reviews the current research situation at home and abroad in the following aspects: the Policy Adjustment of retirement age,individual of retiring persons,retirement preparation,retirement plan and retirement preparation education plan,retirement intention and related influencing factors,it also analyzes the domestic and foreign scholars who have the obvious tendency research on the two aspects that the retirement policy adjustment and the retirement preparation education plan.Combined with the theories of disengagement,role and planning behavior,this paper summarizes and defines the concepts of the retiree,retirement preparation and the index of retirement preparation.Secondly,it summarizes the historical process of China's retirement policy,and explains the necessity of the adjustment of retirement policy from three aspects: system,economy and society,combining with the characteristics of the retirement preparation,the paper explains the relationship of the retirement policy adjustment among the government,the enterprise and the individual.Thirdly,the basic information of the questionnaire is summarized and the relevant data are integrated by the two stages that after survey and the formal survey.Under the background of retirement policy adjustment,the index system of retirement preparation andinfluencing factors is constructed,and the variables are defined and the corresponding research hypothesis and statistical analysis are carried out.Fourthly,the individual situation,economic preparation,life preparation,mental preparation and work preparation were determined as independent variables according to the contents of the retirement preparation index and literature reading,whether the respondents had prepared for retirement was a dependent variable.Then,the independent variables are introduced to carry on the interactive analysis in turn,and the 12 final variables are obtained by the comprehensive screening combined with the results of the previous part of statistical analysis.In this way,we can construct the binary logistic regression model of the retirement preparation of the retirees scientifically and reasonably,that is to say,we can test,evaluate and judge this model,and verify the research hypothesis.Fifth,according to the results of theoretical and empirical analysis of the Research Conclusions,and under the background of the retirement policy adjustment and the retirement preparation of retirees and the impact of the proposed countermeasures.To sum up,the preparation for retirement of the retirees can be regarded as an effective reference to alleviate the issues of retirement and elderly care.Under the background of the adjustment of retirement policy,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the preparation of the retiring personnel from the individual,society and government.
