Research On The Impact Mechanism Of Social Capital On Rural Governance In The Transition Period

Rural governance modernization is an important part of achieving the goal of national modernization.With the advancement of national governance modernization,rural governance has been given full attention,and various resources have continued to sink to the countryside.Understand how social capital plays a role in this process It has certain significance for improving the level of rural social governance.This study sorts out the fitting relationship between the theory of social capital and China's rural governance,and describes the social background of the social capital change in village L on this basis.The study found that with the development of the market economy system and the abolition of agricultural taxes,the governance structure of the grass-roots society has changed.The transformation of rural society has promoted the change of rural social capital,showing a pattern of overlapping traditional social capital and modern social capital.Social capital is embedded into the rural governance process as an important governance resource.Specifically,it has three aspects of performance: the capital effect of the trust network,the action of rural mutual assistance organizations,and the shaping of the rural social order by reciprocity norms.The governance of public affairs in village L.Further research finds that the process of social capital affecting rural governance has its inherent operating logic.First,the stock of social capital affects the level of governance subjects' participation in rural social governance,and a high level of social capital indicates that effective interaction can be achieved among the pluralistic governance subjects in rural society.Secondly,in terms of the specific elements of the operation of social capital,the construction of a rural social trust network is based on two types of trust relationships,a high level of trust within the members of the village community,and a high degree of public trust and recognition of the grassroots government and village-level organizations;Through the public communication activities among the governing subjects,the governance resources with regional characteristics can be tapped to build a network of rural mutual aid organizations;the sinking of autonomous units has given the village community a standard creation and operation space,making the village community more centripetal.Finally,rural social capital,as an institutional supplement to rural governance,has promoted the construction of a new pattern of rural governance in China.
