With the deepening of the reform of the national education system,higher vocational colleges are making great strides forward.In recent years,the enrollment scale of higher vocational colleges is expanding,the number of students in higher vocational colleges is also expanding,and the number of students with family economic difficulties is also expanding,which is an important feature of the source of students in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,in order to ensure the sustainable development of higher vocational education,we must pay attention to the funding work for the poor students in higher vocational colleges,formulate an effective funding model suitable for the characteristics of higher vocational colleges,and help the sustainable and stable development of higher vocational education.As the economic,cultural and transportation center of Southwest China,Chengdu's education is also the most concentrated city in Southwest China.The number of Higher Vocational Colleges in Chengdu accounts for the largest proportion in Sichuan Province.The vast majority of students in these colleges come from all regions of Sichuan Province,so there are many poor people.Therefore,the regional research is also representative.Based on literature research,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,this paper discusses the current situation of the poor students' subsidy policy in Chengdu Vocational Colleges from the perspective of human resource investment theory and education equity theory,and analyzes the poor students' recognition mechanism,the effect of poor students and the poor students' subsidy system In the end,some suggestions and measures are put forward.
