Research On The Dilemma And Optimization Path Of Grid Social Governance In Lianshui County

In 2014,general secretary Xi Jinping proposed for the first time the expression of social "governance" on system and science,and switched the original expression of "management".Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China,new concepts and new requirements have been put forward for social governance in China's national governance system.We will strengthen institutional support for social governance,and work hard to raise the level of "socialization,rule of law,intelligence,and specialization," which requires a change in the traditional mode of social management.Community is the basic unit of social governance in our country.Community governance is about the broad masses,social harmony,and how to effectively resolve conflicts and avoid risks at the grassroots level.The core of social governance is people.How to integrate new information technology into the governance mechanism is the key to improve the four modernizations.The focus of social governance services will be transferred to the grass-roots level,and more human,financial and material resources in the government resources will be timely invested in the grass-roots level.Grid management mode,establish and improve the grass-roots integrated service management platform at all levels of the grid,expand the participation of community governance,increase the community autonomy and expand the corresponding service functions.Grid social governance has been proved to be an effective way of comprehensive governance of social security.This article attempts to from the relevant concepts of grid social governance,the comprehensive analysis of the existing grid social governance,on the basis of research results,combined with the LianShui county social development,population size and economic development,such as the actual situation,summarized the current in the management of the grid management dilemma,pain points difficulties;It deeply analyzes the subjective and objective causes of the dilemma,and further explores the path to optimize the solution of grid governance,and conducts empirical analysis in the form of questionnaire survey.This paper puts forward the path of improving the grid social governance in LianShui county,which is to consolidate the grid foundation comprehensively.Build strong build excellent center hub;Optimizing the important support of informatization;We should focus on the key of joint governance and provide a reference for thedevelopment of grid governance in the county area.
