Work Intervention Of "Three Noes" People Spiritual Comfort Group In Welfare Home

2020 is the year when China's first 100-year plan is realized,and the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way is accelerating.However,with the rapid development of our society,Those who have no ability to work;No source of income;The psychological problems of the "three noes" who are unable to provide for,support and support the obligors and other legal obligors and have no ability to fulfill their obligations have not kept pace with the times,but have fallen further and further.Social work,as a professional method of intervening in social assistance,adheres to the principle of putting people first and helping others to help themselves.Starting from the psychology of the vulnerable group of "three noes",it focuses on using the professional theoretical methods of social work to help them get rid of psychological obstacles,stimulate their potential,get rid of the burden of "three noes",encourage them to face their future life with a positive sunshine mentality,and enhance their self-identity and happiness of life.First of all,the author elaborates the research background,relevant literature review,relevant concepts and relevant theories.With the help of J City Civil Affairs Bureau and J City Social Welfare Institute,the author uses literature research,action research and non-structural interview methods to investigate and study the psychological trauma of the special group of "three noes",digging deep into their psychological problems,life needs,spiritual comfort and other issues.Under the circumstances of imperfect service and assistance policies,the "three noes" are closed in their hearts,the welfare institute lacks social workers and the social work concept is backward,there is no effective response.Based on the above research,the author takes the theory of psychological defense mechanism,the theory of social reconstruction and the theory of dominant perspective as the theoretical basis to intervene and treat the psychological trauma of the "three noes",to establish group activities,to enhance the self-confidence of the "three noes",to inject the motive force of rebuilding life,to gain social recognition,to achieve good effect of spiritual comfort,and to study the planning,implementation process and evaluation results of group activities throughout the process.In the end,this research refines the service experience of social work professional theory intervening in the "three noes" traumatic mind for spiritual comfort and counseling,and provides for similar work in the future.
