Research On The Carrier Of Public Security Ideological And Political Work In The Vision Of Micro-police

The CPC has always attached great importance to ideological and political work.It is the lifeline of economic work and all other work.The public security organ is the "knife" in the hands of the CPC and the people.Therefore,doing a good job and taking full advantage of ideological and political work in public security work are important ways for public security organs to strengthen their political stance and ensure pledge absolute loyalty and follow its leadership.Nowadays,with the continuous deepening of police reform,the proportion of micropolice work modes relying on microblogs,WeChat,micro-video,App and other carriers accounts for larger and larger ratio in the public security work system,and the influence of micro-police carriers has already surpassed the traditional carrier,its characteristics of interactivity,convenience and timeliness of information dissemination has brought opportunities and challenges to public security ideological and political work.Meanwhile,social contradiction appears sharper,multiple concept of value and social ideology has brought about impact to the concept of value of the police.This has put forward higher level of demanding to police ideological and political work in terms of carrier selection and application,work initiative and timeliness.The carrier bears the role of connecting the various elements.The development of micopolice has strengthened the transformation of the carrier of ideological and political work.In recent years,micro-police carriers such as microblogs,WeChat,and micro-video have broken the time and space boundaries of it with their advantages of convenience,interaction and instant and shortened the distance between ideological and political workers and educatees.The transition from communication to two-way interaction played an important role in the development of public security ideological and political work.At present,the application of micro-police carriers in the public security ideological and political work has problems such as insufficient overall cooperation,mismatched form and bearing content,lack of media literacy of ideological and political workers and weakening of authority.Therefore,from the perspective of the comprehensive promotion and application of the micro-police model in public security work,doing research on the practical application of the "micro-police" carrier in public security ideological and political work is to adapt to the development of micro-police and the inevitable choice required by the police ideological and political work.It is conducive to innovating the carrier of public security ideological and political work,promoting the smooth development of public security ideological and political work,and facilitating the regular construction of public security teams.From the perspective of micro-police,guided by the theories of ideological and politicalwork,this thesis uses the theory of communicative action,the theory of humanistic management and the long tail theory of communication,the theory of mass communication,explores the "micro-police" carrier of police ideological and political work and its related influences,systematically summarizes the application of micro-police in public security work and further analyzes the predicaments and causes of the application,mode and application process of micro-police in public security ideological and political work and analyzes the micro-police carrier to the traditional public security ideological and political education deconstruction.Drawing on the experience of foreign developed countries in the application of emerging carriers in the public security ideological and political work,clarifying its shortcomings and exploring the path of dissolving the application of the public security ideological and political work,it aims at promoting the effective application of the public security ideological and political work carrier under the micro-police perspective,it aims at providing ttargeted opinions and suggestions for the construction of the carrier system of ideological and political work,enhancing the effectiveness of the ideological and political work of the public security organs in China and giving full play to its police function so as to form a political team with a strong political standpoint.
