Volunteer service is an important way for the public to participate in social life and make positive change of society.It is a cause of helping others,serving the society and promoting the progress of civilization.It has significant meaning in promoting oneself,conveying love,spreading civilization,promoting social progress,and building a harmonious society,etc.As time goes on,college student volunteers have become a more active,animate and influential group in China's volunteer team.Young college student volunteer group has gradually become the main force of our young volunteer groups throughout the country.Generally,the Communist Youth League in college is an important basis for college students to participate in voluntary service activities.As for College Students Volunteer Service Work,it specifically refers to the College Communist Youth League to achieve the goal of educating people to be a good people,who serve the community and the society,and it is a dynamic process to carry out organized,purposeful and planned school students in the publicity,recruitment,training,project operation,assessment evaluation and service support.As a part of the Ideological and Political Education in colleges and universities,the volunteer service of college students is an important part of China's volunteer service.It plays an irreplaceable role to cultivate the qualified builders and reliable successors for our beautiful country,as well as the realization of the great rejuvenation of our country.Currently,there's plenty of room for improvement in the various aspects of College Students' Volunteer Service.The fundamental reason behind these problems is that the orientation value of the college organizations in carrying out their work needs to be improved.Many colleges and universities only do volunteer work for the inspection of the superiors.At the same time,the motivation of students to participate in volunteer work are varies from person to person,there are passive participation,but also be someone to increase the social practice experience to participate.College Student Volunteer Service Work can't effectively highlight the leading role of the value,to some extent,it will deviate from the nature of the purpose of the volunteer work,and even in a series of specific operational aspects of the problem,the work will not be satisfactory.Volunteer Service emphasizes service the society,dedicates to our society,and emphasizes the interaction with society,so that our society will be better.The cultivation and guidance of values need a certain carrier and method.Volunteer Service is a very good practice carrier,it is an important platform and carrier to cultivate and practice the Socialist Core Values.As an exotic,student leadership education in China is a new research field and research content,and it is gradually becoming an unavoidable hotspot and research point in the field of higher education in our country.As a practical educational carrier,college students' leadership education requires students to improve their ability,so they can promote the development of the team and social progress in the process of serving others,serving the group and serving the society.College students leadership education is more prominent the leading values,highlight the promotion of team development and social progress,highlighting enhance the overall quality of students.It has great significance for us to improve the volunteer service of college students by referring to the theory and method of college students' leadership education.This paper examines the Volunteer Service of College Students from the perspective of college students 'leadership,by using the Social Change Theory of Student Leadership Development It aims to draw lessons from the Social Change Theory of Student Leadership Development,provides new working ideas and working methods for the Volunteer Service of College Students,enhancing the effectiveness of volunteer service work of college studentsIntroduction: This part is the starting point of this research.Here the author introduces the origin and background of this research,and then reveals the research purpose,the research significance and the innovation of the research.The author makes a detailed review according to the information available,summarizes the relevant literature form domestic and foreign,analyzes the status quo of domestic and foreign research,and briefly expounds the research ideas and research methods in this thesis.Chapter 1: Basic concepts and related theories.Mainly defines the concept of Volunteer Service and Volunteer Service of College Students.It also introduces the ideological and political education theory of " relationship of Social Value and Self-value " and "the theory of Free and Comprehensive Development of Human Beings".And finally introduces the Social Change Theory of Student Leadership Development from three aspects,which laid a solid theoretical foundation for this paper.Chapter 2: Reflections on the Volunteer Service of College Students in China.Based on the interview and literature,the author describes the current situation of the Volunteer Service of College Students in China,and then points out the existing problems in the work.Chapter 3: The value of the Social Change Theory of Student Leadership Development.In this chapter,based on the analysis of the relevant literature collected,the author analyzes the significant learning value of the Social Change Theory of Student Leadership Development.Chapter 4: Optimization path of College Students' Volunteer Service Working from the perspective of the Social Change Theory of Student Leadership Development.This chapter undertakes the existing problems in the Volunteer Service Work of College Students in Chapter 2,and then starts with the path from the three paths of the guidance of the work philosophy,the guidance of the values and the operation and implementation,and then puts forward a detailed optimization path for the volunteer service management of college students.Research reflection: This chapter is the last part of this Master's thesis,the author makes a simple summary of the whole study,analyzes the shortcomings of the study,and then puts forward the research prospects,providing ideas and direction for the follow-up research.
