Research objective:To understand the physical fitness level and school adaptation of junior high school students in Shandong Province,to explore the difference between physical fitness level and school adaptation,and to provide data support and theoretical basis for improving the students' physical fitness level and their school adaptability.Research method:In this study,1200 students from three cities in Shandong province were selected to study and analyze the differences between physical fitness level and school adaptation of junior high school students in Shandong province by the method of test,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and literature.Research results:(1)The physical fitness level of junior middle school students in Shandong is generally at a passing level.Sit-ups/chin-ups scored the lowest scores and were in a failed grade.Girls were significantly higher than those of boys in physical performance,total score,vital capacity and physical quality.The level of physical fitness in grade three is significantly higher than the first grade and the second grade,of which the introduction to upwards/sit ups is significantly higher than the first and two grades;In the first grade,the scores of vital capacity and 50 meter race were significantly higher than those of grade two and grade three,and the scores of endurance run and standing long jump were significantly higher than those of grade one and grade two.Endurance running,sitting and body bending events in city students were significantly higher than those in rural areas.(2)School adaptation of junior high school students in Shandong is at a good level.In terms of social behavior,rural students are significantly higher than urban students,among which rural students with social functions and self-management function projects are significantly higher than urban students.There was no significant difference in social behavior and anti-social ability between different genders.The anti-social behavior of the third grade students is significantly less than the first and second grades.(3)There is a significant difference between physical fitness and anti social ability,and there is no significant difference in social behavior.Among them,physical fitness and self-management skills,hostility,anger and antisocial aggression variables are significantly different.There are significant differences between boys' physique level and demanding and disruptive,interpersonal skills variables;there are significant differences between girls' physique level and interpersonal skills variables.There are significant differences in the level of physical fitness and hostility variable in the first grade of the first grade,and there is a significant difference between the physical level and the exacting damage variable in the first grade of the first grade,and there is a significant difference between the physical level and the academic skill variable in the junior grade grade.Research conclusion:(1)There is a significant difference between the physical level and the anti social ability.The antisocial behavior of the students with high physique level is significantly less than that of the students with low physical fitness level.(2)There is no significant difference from the social behavior.
