In recent years, more and more educators pay attention to human's social adaptation. Because the degree of adaptation influencing on the health condition and the knowledge grasping condition is not inferior to it influencing on individual life and work. It's really true that the junior middle school students'social adaptation is poor in our country. Therefore, the ministry of education promulgated"the physical and healthy curriculum standard"in which social adaptation is listed as an absolute study field in 2001. Social adaptation is the procession that individual or colony regulates their actions to adapt the social environment. The essential of social adaptation is the procession of individual socialization. In order to explore how to use Colony Theory, and learn the collective adaptation in physical education, the students'social adaptation is trained and improved. The objects of social adaptation are broken down in the stratification of collective education. This research selects data by the methods of literature, questionnaire survey, and social survey. Through data statistical analysis, we found that using physical education to study collective adaptation could improve the students'capability of cognitions and standard consciousness , raise and sharpen cooperative and competitive consciousness,meliorate the relationship of humans, enhance bearing capacity, and also improve students'social adaptation. Providing the theory basis to solve the problem which exists in the young people socialization and promote the development of the three dimensional healthy view that is body-psychology-society.
