With the aging of the elderly,their constitution is also declining,and the physical function and organ systems are also undergoing degenerative changes.This period of physical function and the extent of motion of the joints has a profound effect on the daily life and the ability to live happily in later life.The water movement with a small impact,not easy injury,to the characteristics of the development of the whole body muscle strength,it is a safe and effective way to exercise,water sports is one of the elderly to participate in exercise effective choice.Of this study is designed by adopting advance water walking motion scheme,discusses the water walking exercise on the impact of the old part of the body function index and joint mobility,this article adopts the way of self-reflection,after eight weeks of the water for the old walking exercise intervention,obtain the elderly subjects before and after the experiment indicators of cardiovascular system(blood pressure),index of skeletal muscle system(body weight,body mass index(bmi),muscle content,fat content,body fat percentage,30 s sitting up straight times),water base value index(water based distance walking,RPE,immediately after exercise heart rate immediately after exercise).Data on the range of joint activities(shoulder flexion,shoulder joint abduction,hip flexion,hip joint abduction,knee flexion).Furthermore,the effects of walking motion on the body function index and joint activity of the elderly were analyzed.The conclusions are as follows:1: the role of water walking in the body function of the elderly.In 8 weeks water walking exercise intervention subjects,cardiovascular system index,lower systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure is on the decline,the index weight loss in skeletal muscle system,lower body mass index,and muscle content increase,reduce the fat content,body fat percentage decline,30 s continuous sitting up more often.The basic distance of water walking was increased,and the immediate heart rate changed little when walking stopped,but RPE decreased immediately.The results showed that the cardiovascular system,skeletal muscle system indexes were improved effectively,and the walking motor function was improved significantly.Walking in water can improve the motor function of the elderly,maintain blood pressure stability,reduce the weight of the elderly,increase muscle mass and improve muscle strength.2: the effect of water walking on the range of joint activities of the elderly.In 8 weeks water walking exercise intervention subjects,shoulder joint buckling rise after the experiment,shoulder joint outreach rise,hip flexion rise,hip outreach rise,knee flexion range of ascension.That walk on the water movement under the intervention of the subjects of the range of activity indicators: shoulder joint flexion and outreach,hip flexion,outreach,knee flexion of the level of activity was obviously improved.Walk this article explores the water movement to improve the old body function and the influence of the motion,to explore safe and effective method for physical exercise and is suitable for the elderly group,prepare for walking exercise scientifically guide the elderly in the water the basis of reference values.
