Objective On different levels weightlifters with range of motion and strength test,thus providing an important reference for the selection and rehabilitation.Methods On the national team and some provinces sports teams a total of 34 male weightlifters quantitative index system test by inclinometer,hand-held dynamometry,VAS and tape.According to the kilogram be divided into lightweight,middleweight,heavyweight.According to grades divided into elite and general group.On all levels between the elite group and the general group painless test results were significant difference test.Results Range of Motion:(1)Lightweight elite male the shoulder internal rotation,the OA cervical flexion test was significantly smaller than the general group,but hip adduction activity was significantly better(p<0.05).Hawkins' test was significantly smaller than the general group(p<0.01).(2)Middle weight elite male the elbow supination,the passive cervical rotation and modified thomas test was significantly smaller than the general group(p<0.05).The elite male groud OA flexion test,Patrick test and prone passive ankle plantar flexion was significantly better than the general group(p<0.05).Hawkins' test was significantly smaller than the general group(p<0.01).(3)Heavyweight elite male was significantly better than the general group in the passive shoulder horizontal adduction,shoulder flexion,upper extremity pattern 1,elbow supination,passive cervical rotation,the hip range of overhead squat and fingers interlocked behind head(p<0.05).Muscle Strength:(1)Lightweight elite male gluteus maximus,hip external rotation muscles was significantly smaller than the general group(p<0.05),but the wrist radial deviation strength was significantly better than the general group(p<0.05).(2)Middleweight elite male empty can test and hamstring muscle strength was significantly smaller than the general group(p<0.05).(3)Heavyweight elite male middle / lower trapezius strength was better in elite group(p<0.05).But the hamstring muscle strength was significantly smaller in elite group(p<0.01).Conclusions(1)Heavyweight elite male the shoulder and hip activity was significantly smaller than the general group.(2)The results of this study show the elite group hawkins' test was significantly smaller than the general group,so long-term weight training might be able to lead to greater risk of shoulder impingement.(3)The most lower extremity muscle strength was no significant difference in the general group and elite male weightlifters.Even some muscle are better in the general group.Thus the difference of strength maybe not the only factors influencing the performance.Suggestions(1)Due to long-term weight training may increase the risk of shoulder impingement injury,so we should strengthen the shoulder impingement injury prevention and training.(2)Conduct a comprehensive and accurate inspection,to determine the weak link,which has targeted training and treatment.(2)The most lower extremity muscle strength was no significant difference in the general group and elite male weightlifters.Even some muscle are better in the general group.Therefore in the course of daily training,the general male weightlifters should also pay attention to technical movements and neuromuscular coordination exercises.
