Study On Risky Decision-making And Education Intervention Of Sports Training Students In Liaoning Province

In real life,most events involve decision making,and all kinds of decision-making problems we face are often accompanied by risks.In sports,it is often necessary to make the right decision in a short time.When the results are not sure,the decision we make is the risk decision,which may lead to the success or failure of the individual or the collective.The conflict events in sports field,the tactical decision of the key period of the competition and the selection of the type of employment are all risky behavior.Therefore,it is very important to study the risk decision-making tendency and related education of the athletes.College Students' ability to judge things is on the stage of maturity.Training at this stage can improve their ability of selecting the best and making decision risk.Sports training majors have dual roles of athletes and college students.They may have special group characteristics in risk decision-making because of the factors such as education background,training and growth environment.The trend and characteristics of decision-making tendency,the causes of influencing decision-making tendency,and how to improve the decision-making level and avoid unnecessary risks are the key contents of this paper.Taking the risk decision-making behavior of the sports training college students in 7colleges and universities in Liaoning Province as the research object,this study gives 514 athletes the situation simulation selection questionnaire-the questionnaire on the risk decision preference of the Sports Training Majors(self compiled),and sets up the decision tasks from the five situations of training,competition,injury,life and employment,including tactical choice,Employment Tendency and conflict.Preference,social adaptation,etc.,and compare their differences and relations in risk decision making behavior.The students of 30 Sports Training Majors in a university were divided into two groups,of which 15 were the experimental group and 15 were the control group.Before the experiment,the 30 subjects were issued the questionnaire on the risk decision preference of the sports training students,and then the experimental group was trained with the risk decision-making knowledge for one semester,including the cause of the risk decision and the contemporary basic theory.On the results,classification and characterization,influencing factors,practical applications,specific assumptions,predictions and practices of decision consequences.The content of auxiliary education also covers traditional cultural knowledge,moral ideas and psychologicalcooperation activities.At the end of the period,the 30 subjects were tested to see whether educational training had an impact on the risk of decision making for the population.The results show that the overall decision making choice of Liaoning Sports Training Majors tends to be risk seeking,but it shows obvious self protection and risk aversion under the situation of loss or injury,while in the problem of achievement motivation,some of the subjects show a good reversal,change into risk seeking,and have obvious influence on the positive and negative income situation.There are significant differences in the selection difference between different sexes;there are significant differences in the pursuit of achievement goals and the management decision-making situation of the coaches in different grades;the different professional events are positively related to the selection of post graduation employment types.The special comparison of the Sports Training Majors in Liaoning province is concentrated on the same field antagonism and the net antagonism group,and the decision-making line in the game under the negative income situation.It has a great influence on the category of the item group.After the risk decision knowledge teaching experiment,the number of selected conservative schemes in the experimental group is significantly increased with the choice of the control group,and the rational level of the decision is obviously improved.However,in some respects,the decision makers' decision-making risk level is difficult to be changed through knowledge education and training.
