Volleyball is a originated in the United States,the technical requirements and exquisite,high overall quality requirements of an athlete's sports,introduced into China since the early 20 th century get rapid promotion,popular at home,"6" the rules of volleyball in 1951 laid the foundation of modern volleyball,primary and secondary schools in our country and the major colleges and universities have introduced volleyball courses,more and more schools will be written into the volleyball "school-based physical education curriculum guidelines" and "sports elective course outline",this is for volleyball education workers put forward higher requirements in terms of teaching level.It is one of the "basic skills" of volleyball sports and the basis of the teaching of education professional volleyball.How to use the teaching mode in teaching to enable students to master volleyball skills more quickly and improve the technical level more effectively has become a subject that the volleyball education workers need to pay attention to.In this paper,according to the characteristics of the volleyball frontal hands mat ball technology design "cooperation and explore the teaching model",and compared with "traditional" teaching mode,verify the volleyball frontal hands mat ball technology under the "cooperation and explore the teaching model" teaching effect,for teaching and training of volleyball mat ball technology to provide the reference.Methods by using the method of literature,expert interviews,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,in view of cooperation and inquiry teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode of the guiding ideology,theoretical basis,teaching objectives and teaching evaluation process and operating procedures and conduct the experimental study,subjects were recruited zero based sports volleyball College students,research on cooperative and inquiry teaching model in volleyball technique teaching effect.The results of the study are as followsFirst,cooperation and inquiry teaching model can help students quickly and effectively learn frontal digging technology,has achieved better teaching effect in volleyball skill learning.SECOND,COOPERATION AND INQUIRY TEACHING MODEL CAN QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY IMPROVETHE STUDENTS' PERFORMANCE,STUDENTS IN THE TEACHING PROCESS HAS BEEN IN OBSERVATION ANDDISCUSSION,COMPARISON AND ANALYSIS,AND TO FIND AND SOLVE PROBLEMS AND GET THE ANSWER OFTHE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT,IN THIS ENVIRONMENT WILL HELP THE DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS'COGNITIVE ABILITY,IMPROVE THE OPERATION EFFICIENCY,MASTER THE TECHNOLOGY TO HELP STUDENTSESTABLISH MOTION PERCEPTION.Three,cooperation and inquiry teaching mode to students as the main body,fully reflect the students is the core of teaching,teachers "let go" make students accountable to themselves and others,to enhance students' sense of responsibility,but also let students actively into the physical education curriculum,conscious technology practice,independent thinking.Get the ability training for students to explore and promote the progress of course.Four,in cooperation with inquiry teaching mode in the classroom,teachers as a "participant","guide" and "doubts" eliminates the serious image in the classroom,the students' mood in the process of learning to relax,strengthen students' and teachers' interaction and communication to create a relaxed and lively atmosphere of learning,the students' learning initiative is to fully mobilize the enthusiasm,to let the students experience the sports curriculum in the teaching process the real charm and fun.
