Clearly put forward in the new curriculum reform physical education teachers in physical education teaching should put students' physical and mental health in the first place,to keep with the development of students as the center,with particular emphasis on to highlight student's main body status,take to all-round quality education to carry out the good practice,so as to realize the all-round development of students.Curriculum for students in physical education learning to achieve learning content of five aspects,including sports participation,sports skills,physical health,mental health and social adaptation.Since reform and opening up,China's economic development growing rapidly,education career also is growing by leaps and bounds,more profound communication education scholars in China and abroad.Performance in foreign education thought essence for domestic original teaching thought of rejecting the bad.The new curriculum reform put forward,it is in today's world education ideological trend of witness and interpretation.The new curriculum reform requires students to pay more attention to the use of knowledge combined with the reality of each link is popular in terms of theory with practice and apply to better adapt to society.Above all is not only emphasize students' PE and health course in the teaching process changes in body shape,body function and physical quality but also to emphasize the students' psychological changes.I used the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,observation method,mathematical statistics method,experimental method,logical analysis,carried out in the form of teaching experiment,by using Du Lang mouth teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode,teaching classes and that in comparative classes teaching,through a semester of teaching to compare two kinds of teaching modes of classes in the students' skill standards include passing,ball,and to serve the implementation of qualitative and quantitative evaluation,through the rosenberg self-esteem scale,group cohesion scale and questionnaire form for the measurements to student's psychology,skills,and conducted a comprehensive evaluation of quantitative standard,thus the following experiment conclusion:(1)in the pad service standard quantitative appraisal,the traditional teaching pattern class teaching effect is better.(2)in terms of technical review assessment,Du Lang mouth teaching model class teaching effect is better.(3)in the group cohesion,degree of self-confidence and students love of volleyball and volleyball theory knowledge extent Du Lang mouth good class teaching mode from the traditional teaching model of students.
