Study On The Optimization Of Social Work Intervention In Urban Students' Adaptation Difficulties

Children are the expectations of the family,the future of the motherland.With the rapid change of modern society and the acceleration of the urbanization process,the urban children face more challenges.The problem of social adaptation is one of the challenges they must face in the socialization stage.With the continuous development of social work in our country,social workers are given more opportunities to approach urban children with difficulties in adapting to the problems and provide them with professional services.In this study,we used structured interviews to collect 17 cases of urban student adaptation cases through 8 social workers,in which the subjects showed obvious adaptation.The research idea of this paper is:first,to comb the background of the students to find the root cause of the problem.Second,to identify the risk factors that threaten schoolchildren from the root causes and to conduct demand analysis.Thirdly,it outlines the process of social work intervention,analyzes the effectiveness of intervention,and finds the effective intervention point and the dilemma in the process of intervention.Finally,the paper makes some suggestions on how to improve the adaptability of social work to urban students.This study found that:(1)Family change is the root of urban students ' adaptation difficulties,a lot of risk factors can be derived from the family misfortune;(2)The general process model of social work has a positive guiding significance;(3)The comprehensive and comprehensive intervention of the environment and system of the main case is helpful to solve the problem of children's adaptation difficulties.(4)The development of cultural and sports activities to improve the students ability of interpersonal communication,it is of great significance to meet the needs of studentslearning and living;(5)linking the current popular recreational game resources and innovative teaching resources to school children can better promote students ' interest in learning and find spiritual sustenance in life,Facilitate the integration of school children into peer groupsIn this study,we focus on the optimization of social work in urban children adapting to difficult problems,and hope that through this research,we can help the front-line workers who are engaged in the social work of young people and have a more comprehensive understanding of urban children.There are still some deficiencies in this study,I hope that the future research will be able to further integrate the theoretical knowledge and practical experience and enrich the research results.
