This dissertation is mainly aimed at the in-depth and complete discussion and research on the training of the Chinese athlete Gaoni(excellent female race walker)for the pre-competition preparation process of the Tianjin National Games.These methods are specifically adopted: Document search Laws,technical research methods,logical reasoning methods,induction methods,test methods,etc.are used as research methods.The national team women's athletes' training methods and exercise units are the statistical units of the load.The basic theoretical knowledge of sports training is used to explore the women's 20 km walk.The characteristics of some rules of preparation for the competition before the game,using some practical experience of outstanding coaches and outstanding athletes,draws out some precious pre-competition strategies.This has a positive effect on the women's 20-km race walking competition in China and improves the preparation techniques.Methods,have a certain practical significance.This paper mainly focuses on Gao Ni's participation in the annual training of the previous year of the 13 th National Games as an entry point.After Gao Ni(walking athletes)prepares for the 2017 National Games in 2017,he will pass the annual training for the plain training and plain training.The training intensity and training volume of the four training stages such as plateau training,plateau training after the plateau,and pre-match preparation training are analyzed.Since plateau training plays a decisive role in the training effect,this article focuses on the training effect during altitude training.Statistics of changes in hemoglobin,urinary protein,cardiopulmonary function,red blood cells,whey protein,and blood pH during the training of Gorney were analyzed.The methods of literature search,logical reasoning,and induction were used to analyze the changes.The athlete's physical skill status and characteristics,understanding of the athlete's physical metabolic properties,discovering the biggest factors influencing each athlete's competition,summarizing their training characteristics,and exploring the most reasonable preparation for the training program,and then reasonably designing the athlete's sub-altitude training program,to explore the ideals of athletes after training in the Altiplano In the competition time,this is mainly to study the plateau training rules of some excellent walking athletes during the preparations for the war and the pre-game training rules of the athletes after the plateau,and then to draw the general rules of the athletes.This has a certain degree of preparation for the walking athletes before the game.Practical value.The research results in this paper show that: based on changes in the athlete's various indicators,the athlete is found to be in a good state during the entire preparation period.This shows that this preparation training program has obvious results and can lay the foundation for the development of a reasonable and effective walking plan in the future.
