Middle school is a crucial period for students' rapid growth and development.At this stage in the growth of the students' ability of social adaptation is a big,if the students' ability of social adaptation problem had not been very good guidance and attention,will give students the growth of the irreversible effects,a shorter period influence students' mental health in the long run,affect the development of his life.Directional sports is a comprehensive and strong sports item integrating intelligence and physical strength.It can fit well with students' physiological characteristics,which is not only conducive to the sound development of students' respiratory system and other aspects,but also can help students gain opportunities for psychological experience and challenges.In junior high school stage to carry out the orienteering can not only improve the students' physical quality,and can promote the student good social adaptation ability enhancement,especially in interpersonal relationships,environmental adaptation and emotional control,etc.,the development of the students' ability of social adaptation has a positive role.In this paper,using literature method,interview method,scale test method,experimental method of these four methods for teachnolosy of 34 middle school second day grade high school year a total of 63 people in the Orienteeringt track of teaching research.In this paper,the changes of their social adaptability in different stages of the experiment,as well as the changes of gender and social adaptability of male and female students at different times of practice were compared and analyzed.The research results show that before this experiment,the social adaptability level of the students participating in the experiment is uneven and higher than the theoretical level on the whole.Boys are better than girls in interpersonal relationship,life adaptation and behavioral norms.Girls perform better than boys in learning adaptation,emotion control and environment adaptation.In the later stage of the experiment,the progress of girls in different dimensions was greater than that of boys.Boys are better than girls in life adaptation,learning adaptation,interpersonal relationship,emotional control,behavioral norms and environmental adaptation.Compared with other sports,directional sports have obvious positive effects on students' psychological level and are more targeted.Different in every week to participate in practice the number of students,to participate in the exercise three to four times a week to student's positive influence,the largest number all dimensions mean to improve the more prominent,is the most appropriate participation in strength.The experiment for students of interpersonal relationship,life adaptation,such as environmental adaptation dimension in the before and after the training and learning in statistical has certain differences,but the test time is shorter,the lack of control group to compare,and thus more comprehensive index remains to be long-term experiments to verify.
