Badminton has the characteristics of fitness,intelligence and disease prevention.Its exercise value meets the needs of people's work and life in modern society,and is rated as the most suitable sport for life-long development.In today's popular badminton learning boom,in order to improve students' survival ability and quality of life,help students master movements and improve their skill water,the physical health level of middle school students continues to decline,sports ability continues to decline,obesity rate is getting higher and higher,myopia rate remains high,frustration ability is declining,resulting in the decline of the quality of life and the weakening of survival ability.The purpose of this paper is to enhance students' ability from knowledge to ability.The aim is to help improve the phenomenon of weakening students' survival ability and declining quality of life by popularizing badminton multi-ball training teaching method in junior middle school.In this paper,two parallel classes of seventh grade students in Jinan Experimental School of East China Normal University are selected as the experimental subjects.The experimental study is carried out by using the methods of literature,expert interview and experimental analysis.One class is the experimental group and the other is the control group.The experimental group adopts the multi-ball training method to teach badminton skills,while the control group adopts the conventional method to teach badminton skills.Teaching practice method is used to teach.The physical fitness of two groups of students is tested before and after the experiment.Then the badminton skills of the two groups of students are tested after the experiment,and the conclusion of the experiment is drawn.The results are as follows:1.After nearly four months of routine badminton teaching,the students in the control group improved significantly in the 15-meter round-trip run,standing long jump,1-minute single-rocking rope jump and badminton throw(p < 0.05),and in each test score,the 15-meter round-trip run increased significantly from 30 to 60,standing long jump from 43 to 55,and1-minute single-rocking jump.Both rope and badminton throws went up from 35 to 55.That is to say,the control group students' physical coordination,sensitivity and explosive power of upper and lower limbs were significantly improved before and after the experiment.2.After nearly four months of badminton multi-ball training and teaching,the students in the experimental group improved significantly in the 15-meter round-trip run,standing long jump,1-minute single-shake rope jump and badminton throw test scores(p < 0.01),and in each test scores,the 15-meter round-trip run increased significantly from 30 to 75 points,the standing long jump from 43 points to 70 points,and the single-minute long jump also improved significantly(p < 0.01).Rolling rope jumping was raised from 35 points to 65 points and badminton throwing from 35 points to 70 points.That is to say,before and after the experiment,the students in the experimental group had a very significant improvement in body coordination,sensitivity and explosive power of upper and lower limbs.3.After four months of badminton teaching experiment,the experimental group compared with the control group,the students in the 15-meter round-trip run,standing long jump,1-minute single-shake rope jump and badminton throw test scores have significantly improved(p < 0.05).That is,through the teaching experiment,the experimental group students' physical coordination,sensitivity and upper and lower extremities explosive power are significantly improved compared with the control group students.4.After four months of routine teaching practice,the control group's badminton technical test scores were significantly improved(p < 0.05);after four months of badminton multi-ball training,the experimental group's badminton technical improvement was very significant(p <0.01).5.After the experiment,the students in the experimental group not only outperformed the control group in physical fitness test results,but also outperformed the control group in basic badminton skills test results,with significant differences(p < 0.01).Research conclusions:1.Using two different teaching practice methods to teach can improve students' badminton skills,but using multi-ball training method can improve the extent of the students' badminton skills more obviously than conventional teaching practice method,knowledge to ability transformation is more obvious,dynamic stereotyping is more stable,students' success rate and stability are greatly improved,and using multi-ball training method to teach experimental group learning.Students are relatively average in mastering all kinds of badminton skills.2.Badminton teaching activities have a comprehensive and prominent impact on the physicalfitness of seventh grade students,which is manifested in the students' overall coordination ability and upper and lower limb coordination ability,sensitivity and explosive power of upper and lower limbs.3.Compared with the conventional badminton teaching practice,the multi-ball training teaching method not only helps students face the failure directly,but also helps to improve the success rate of students' badminton batting,the comprehensive use of badminton footwork,to mobilize the initiative of seventh grade students,to increase the opportunities for students to practice in class,and to increase the transformation process of students' knowledge to ability.
