The explosive power of the lower limbs is an indispensable indicator in football.Having a good level of explosiveness will lay a solid foundation for the performance and competitive level of football players on the field.Adolescents are at an important stage of growth and development and the growth of athletic qualities.Training them with explosive power in the lower limbs will help improve athletic qualities and techniques, and will be of great significance in seeking and exploring effective methods for developing explosive power in the lower limbs. In this study, compound training was used to explore the effect on the lower extremity of young football players, and 27 young football players in the 9-year-old age group of the Ming Football Club of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education were selected as the experimental objects. All the participants had 2 years and With more than 2 years of training experience, they are randomly divided into experimental groups: compound training group, strength training+rapid expansion compound training,n=9,control group: traditional strength training group,n=9,blank control group: no Any training intervention,n=9,the experimental group and the control group will have two training sessions every Monday and Wednesday, each training session lasts 90 minutes, and the experiment will last for 8 weeks. Before and after the experiment, the three groups were subjected to 30-meter sprint run, standing long jump,in-situ vertical jump touch,5X15-meter return run, comparative analysis of 10-yard sprint and T test, and Kistler three-dimensional force platform equipment was used to test the pinch of the feet.Reverse vertical jump, get reverse jump height, relative peak power, relative peak power, time to reach maximum ground reaction force and power rate. The results show that the training method using compound training is a significant increase in the indicators of adolescents down to explosive power. For traditional strength training, this method has a significant effect on the development of explosive power of the lower limbs,so it can be used in future training. From this, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)In the field test of the explosive force of the lower limbs, the comparison between thethree groups before and after the experiment is enough to see that the indicators of the experimental group using compound training are better than the control group and the blank control group, and the increase is higher than the other two groups. Therefore,it has a better training effect in improving the explosiveness of the lower limbs of young football players, which provides reference and reference for after-school training of young football players.(2)In terms of three-dimensional force platform testing, the experimental group has significant differences in reverse jump height, relative peak power, and power rate indicators, while the control group and the blank control group have no significant differences,so the experiment The group has better results.(3)In terms of comparative analysis between groups, although there is no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group, compared with the blank control group, most of the indicators have significant differences,so it also shows that compound training is feasible.(4)Generally speaking, compound training is feasible. Its training method combination and load arrangement are based on the characteristics of football events, and select strengths similar to special movements and force-generating parts and fast-stretching compound training movements. In addition,in terms of experimental data, all indexes of lower extremity explosiveness measured by the experimental group have been significantly improved. Therefore,it is concluded that compound training has guiding significance for the training of young footballers' lower extremity explosive training.
