The current badminton sports is being vigorously promoted,the Olympic Games is not only an important project,is also important to promote the national fitness program in China,is also the important traditional strengths of the Olympic Games gold medal in China.This study core strength training as the central link chain,pilates core strength training method to improve the basic technology and badminton badminton athletes' physical qualities for index basis,to improve the badminton training to do some exploratory research.This research mainly adopts literature review method,experimental method,expert interview and mathematical statistics research methods,such as two adjacent to kunming chenggong university college of yunnan normal university(classes)and yunnan university for nationalities professional sports badminton special class(that in comparative classes)as experimental object,the core strength training method in the experimental class USES the pilates training,that in comparative classes badminton conventional core strength training method is used for training,with a final experiment index score changes to determine the effectiveness of two methods of practice in the experiments.After 12 weeks of experiment,the data were collected,sorted,counted and analyzed,and the following results were obtained:1.using pilates classes of core strength training in the physical quality index has three indicators score significantly higher than that in comparative classes index scores(P < 0.05),of which the rotational stability index and five field indicators for running back and forth in the unstable state to maintain the body balance ability test,the 8 index is to test human lumbar abdomen bridge abdominal muscles strength index,the change of the three indicators that pilates core strength training method in maintaining the body's ability to unstable state than badminton conventional core strength training method is used for training that in comparative classes.2.in badminton basic technical tests,five indicators test scores and experimental classes that in comparative classes index scores of significant change(P < 0.05),respectively is a lob,pull the ball,take the ball,the ball,and pick up the ball.There are significant changes in these indicators,the main part is application of a human torso strength of upper and lower limbs coordinated power to complete the good indicators,explain pilates core strength training method can improve the body good coordination with connectivity.3.in badminton comprehensive tests,the experimental class scores significantly higher than that in comparative classes(P < 0.05),suggesting pilates core strength training method can under the conditions of competitive sports to maintain the stability of the body.The following conclusions are drawn:1,pilates core strength training method in the badminton specialized students' physical quality training effect is superior to routine badminton core strength training method,especially for stable torso part of the muscle group and deep muscle training has a significant effect.2,pilates core strength training method to improve the basic technology badminton than badminton conventional core strength training method,can make the athlete's technology to play a more stable,especially need core muscle group to participate in the technical movements.3.Pilates core strength training method is superior to badminton conventional core strength training method in achieving the training objectives of the course.
