At the rhythm of rapid development of nowadays society,people's fitness philosophy has been highly upgraded.Some traditional fitness equipments and training methods can not meet people's needs for fitness.Fitness crowd began to pursue more scientific and efficient fitness methods.The invention and introduction of some new fitness equipments also meet people's growing fitness needs to a certain extent.Pilates bed,as a new fitness equipment,is highly respected by fitness enthusiasts.This paper chooses the Pilates bed training as the research object,and compares it with the Pilates training on the mat to explore the effect of the Pilates bed training on the improvement of the core strength of the general population.Through two kinds of training intervention methods of Pilates bed and Pilates mat for the experimental group,six kinds of methods such as flat support were taken as the index of core strength detection,and the enhancement degree of the two methods to the core strength of men and women in the general population was compared respectively.The research results can provide theoretical basis and data reference for introducing Pilates bed into the gymnasium as a new type of fitness equipment,so as to provide some new methods and means for core strength training.By using the methods of literature,experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper makes a comparative study on the enhancement of core strength of ordinary people by two training methods of Pilates bed and Pilates mat,and makes an analysis and discussion on the data.In this study,40 volunteers(20 males and 20 females)from Taiyuan Zhongti Beili Club were selected.The male and female groups were randomly and equally divided into Pilates bed training group and Pilates mat training group.On this basis,the experimental subjects were trained for 8 weeks simultaneously.Each volunteer's performance was recorded beforeand after the training,and each data was repeated three times.Taking the improvement degree of each index before and after training(the difference between the results before and after training)as the comparative data,using Graphpad Prism 5.0 to analyze the variance of the improvement degree of each index in the male and female groups of the two training methods respectively.The results show that,regardless of the male or female groups,after 8 weeks of synchronous training,the Pilates bed training group has a higher degree of improvement than the Pilates mat training group.Through the analysis of the difference between the Pilates bed training and Pilates mat training,the P-value is less than 0.01,so that the difference is significant.Research results: No matter men or women,after 8 weeks of Pilates training and mat-mounted Pilates training,the core strength has been significantly improved.Comparing the effect of the two methods,the improvement degree of each index in the Pilates bed training group is higher than that in the Pilates mat training group,which shows that the training of the Pilates bed has obvious effect on enhancing the core strength of the general population,and the improvement of each test index in the Pilates mat training group is slower than that in the Pilates bed training group.The research results show that Pilates bed training has more advantages for enhancing core strength,so it is worth popularizing.
