Study On Occupational Survival Of Football Teachers In Primary And Middle Schools In Liaoning Province

School sports is an indispensable part of school education.It plays a vital role in strengthening the physical fitness of adolescents,developing their moral and will quality,and promoting their physical and mental health.As the main part of school faculty,physical education teachers are frontline teachers of school sports.According to previous studies,physical education teachers' career status is not ideal.Since Ministry of Education has vigorously developed campus football in 2015,some physical education teachers from primary and secondary schools have gradually shifted their professional role into campus football teachers,and their job responsibilities and work contents have changed a lot as well.As practitioners of campus football,physical education teachers are playing an important role in the process of campus football development.The career status of football teachers in primary and secondary schools is bound to have an effect on their work qualities.In order to explore the existing problems in career status of football teachers in primary and secondary schools in Liaoning Province,the author described and analyzed the career status of football teachers in some primary and secondary schools in Liaoning Province.The aim is to provide reference and suggestions for improving the career status of football teachers in primary and secondary schools in Liaoning Province and to promote a healthy development of campus football in Liaoning Province.This thesis selects the career status of some football teachers in primary and secondary schools in Liaoning province as the research object.On the basis of the extensive analysis and induction of literature and materials,the main research methods are expert interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics and qualitative research.The author has conducted an in-depth research on the career status of this group from two aspects: one is basic professional status which puts emphasis on material and objective investigations,including working environment,workload,income and expenditure,promotion and advanced study,etc.;the other one is professional feeling which focuses on the spiritual and subjective investigation,job satisfaction and job burnout.The research shows the existing problems of the professional status of football teachers in primary and secondary schools in Liaoning are as follows:(1)The increase of workload makes the football teachers helpless;(2)The unfavorable economic income makes football teachers stressful;(3)The lack of working evaluation system hindersprofessional development of football teachers;(4)The deviations and misunderstandings in social cognition in terms of the work of football teachers in primary and secondary schools;(5)The security factor becomes the constraint on the work development of football teachers in primary and secondary schools;(6)The unsatisfactory career situation makes the football teachers a sense of "struggling feeling." Through further analysis,the existing problems of career status of football teachers in primary and secondary schools in Liaoning can be improved from three aspects: which are the social environment of football teachers,the unsatisfactory in terms of the internal needs of football teachers,and football teachers themselves.According to the research results,this thesis proposes suggestions to improve the career status of football teachers in primary and secondary schools in Liaoning Province from the social level,school level and individual level.According to the research results of this article,the author hopes to provide certain reference and suggestions for the promotion of the career status of the football teachers in primary and secondary schools in Liaoning Province and the benign development of the campus football in Liaoning Province.
