Phonetic teaching is the basis of language teaching.The ultimate aim of teaching Chinese as a foreign language is to cultivate learners' second language communicative ability.The Chinese teaching in Nepal is still in the primary stage.During our teaching practice,we pay attention to the errors produced by the learners in the process of phonetic learning.Through literature research,questionnaire survey and observation records,we know the present situation of Nepal pronunciation teaching,and analyze the phonetic error production from the teaching observation records.We studied the teaching strategy of phonenic class from the teaching methods.And put forward different methods from three aspects of teaching:school,students and teachers.This article is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction,which explains the reasons of the topic selection,the significance of the topic,the current situation of the teaching of Chinese pronunciation,and introduces the current situation of Chinese teaching in Nepal.The second part analyzes the differences in the pronunciation parts and methods of the consonants in Nepalese and Chinese language.I set some examples of the main Consonant errors of the learners,and put forward the corresponding teaching strategies in combination with the classroom practice.The third part,combined with second parts of consonant errors,continues to analyze the differences of these two languages.The Chinese vowel is a difficult point of Chinese learning in Nepal.Students always making lots of mistakes.This part has carried out a specific analysis and research,and put forward the teaching methods.The fourth part mainly focuses on the two aspects of tone,tone change.I list some examples of errors and propose solutions;The fifth part starts from the various angles of the phonetic errors,looks back the full text,explores the reasons for the errors of the Nepalese learners,and puts forward personal opinions and solutions from schools and teachers.Finally,the results and suggestions of this thesis and the shortcomings of the research are pointed out.
