With the continuous reform of the high school entrance examination system,the status and importance of sports examination in the entire examination process is also increasing.Xi'an officially introduced volleyball into the system in 2014.However,students in the third year who are preparing for the high school entrance examination have heavy cultural and academic work.They only take very little time to extracurricular physical exercise.Many students participate in training courses,and ignore the technical movement of volleyball in order to meet the assessment standards,which violates the initial set of volleyball programs in the examinations,and also not conducive to the popularization and promotion of volleyball programs.This thesis explores teaching methods that are highly effective and reasonable by teaching experiment.It can quickly improve students' performance in the examination of physical education and at the same time enable students to master standardized technical movements and develop good study habits in the enlightenment phase of contact with volleyball.This paper mainly uses literature research method,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method,and takes 40 female students who choose volleyball in the high school entrance examination of Xi'an Gaoxin Tangnan Middle School as experiment.Subjects were divided into two groups to adopt the new combination teaching method and the traditional model for teaching.Through an eight-week positive two-arm experiment,the following conclusions were reached:1.After the experiment,there was a significant difference in the scores of wall cushions between the experimental group students who adopted the new combination teaching method and the control group students who used the traditional model teaching method.2.The new combination of teaching methods is more conducive for students to improve their performance in volleyball exam.The full score rate of the experimental group is 45% after the test,and the rate of 90 points or more is 65%,which are significantly better than the rates of the control group.3.The experiment group students adopting the new combination teaching method have increased the ability of the footwork to move and control the ball by increasing the practice of throwing the ball on the moving pad and self-padding.Students in the four aspects of preparing posture,footwork movement,accuracy of cushioning,and cushion stability have obvious advantages compared with studentswho adopt traditional teaching methods.They are also slightly better than the control group in terms of cushioning and striking.The students in the experimental group are more depend on the teacher's active guide during the practice.Students' interest is higher by changing different exercises.4.The students who used the traditional teaching method repeatedly consolidated the ball on the wall for a long period of time.They also got a great improvement in the performance of the cushioning ball.They basically mastered the cushioning technique and can effectively complete the cushioning in the specified area.However,there are shortcomings in the specification of the cushion ball and the stability of the cushion ball is poor.Students rely on self-learning to realize the strength of the ball when they are practicing,and the progress is slower.At the same time,the single practice method also makes students less interested in learning.5.Both teaching methods are conducive to students' improvement of the performance of wall cushions.After the end of teaching,the average number of cushions in the experimental group was 37.95,and the average number of cushions in the control group was 31.20,which was greatly improved compared to that before the experiment.The number of the two groups of students who scored under 70 points was zero which indicates that both groups of students have basically mastered the technology of wall cushions.According to the research conclusion,recommendations are as following:1.Middle school PE teachers should boldly innovate their teaching methods when teaching PE class for the senior high school entrance examinations.Through the combination of practice methods,they can enrich their training methods.The third grade students of junior middle school are faced with pressure of going to senior middle school,and they have all aspects of the task.Teachers should optimize the most reasonable and efficient teaching methods to help students quickly improve the performance in the sports exam.2.During the practice of volleyball,it is necessary to arrange the teaching plan rationally,improve the students' practice density,minimize the students' wasting time caused by picking up the ball during practice,and allow the students to contact the ball as much as possible in the unit time and cultivate their ball sense.3.During the practice of volleyball,the students' cushioning should be standardized so that the students can develop good habits when they are getting started.In this way,when the students practice the ball on the wall,the effect will be improved obviously.During practice,teachers should improve students' quality,keeptheir focused,and complete the training efficiently.4.During the practice of volleyball,students should improve their initiative after class and use their spare time to do more practice to develop a good habit of maintaining physical exercise.
