The Influence Of The Spatial Environment Renewal On Neighborhood Of Urban Existing Residential Area

With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous advancement of urbanization process,a large number of traditional residential buildings have evolved from open and natural to high level and closed and indifferent apartment houses.While the living conditions have been improved,the humanistic care of residents has been neglected,and there are fewer places for people to communicate take activities.The residents' sense of "home" gradually weakened,and the neighborhood became increasingly indifferent.While improving the urban environment,the process of urban renewal in China has begun to pay attention to the social benefits arising from the construction of residential environment,which is people-oriented.Through the renovation of the urban existing residential areas and the updating of the spatial environment,the residential environment is more suitable for the residents to live,and it is also beneficial to the residents' interaction and the improvement of neighborhood.In this context,this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of spatial environment renewal on neighborhood,establishes the measure formula of neighborhood and constructs a path analysis model of the influence of spatial environmental variables on neighborhood.Through the empirical investigation,the effect of spatial environment update variables on the neighborhood and their influencing path are obtained.First of all,the paper establishes the theoretical basis of the influence of the spatial environment renewal in the urban existing residential areas on neighborhood.Through the literature review,the concept of neighborhood and residential spatial environment is defined,and the spatial environment variables affecting neighborhood are divided and quantified from four aspects of traffic space,green space,leisure and entertainment space and space environment security.Then,based on the literature and theory of environmental behavior,communication and space and social network,the influence mechanism of neighborhood relations has been deeply discussed and analyzed,and the basic hypothesis of the research is put forward.Along the track line of " spatial environment--communication behavior--neighborhood",this paper adopts the path analysis method to construct the path model of the influence of spatial environmental variables on the neighborhood relationship.In the empirical part,this paper obtains data through questionnaires and field visits.And the empirical study on the impact path model of spatial environmental variables on neighborhood is carried out.The empirical results show that,in the path of impact,green space variables,leisure and entertainment space variables and space environment security variables can have direct impact on the neighborhood,and can also have indirect impact on the neighborhood through the interaction behavior variables.In terms of the effect,the higher the residents' satisfaction of the green rate,the seat and the pavilion,the fitness facilities,the activity square,the monitoring facilities,the closed unit door,the more favorable to the neighborhood,and the architectural appearance has a slight negative influence on the neighborhood.The more frequent the activities of walking,calling each other,talking to each other,playing chess,exercise with gym equipment and helping each other,the better the promotion of neighborhood.The spatial environment variables were ranked according to the degree of influence: fitness facilities > activity square > closed unit door> green rate > monitoring facilities > seat and pavilion settings > architectural appearance.The fitness facilities variables had the greatest impact on neighborhood,with a total effect value of 0.43.The influence degree of activity square variable was the next,with a total effect value of 0.291.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the urban planning department,urban renewal builders and urban residents.
