Research On Regional Economic Development Of Service Area In Local Colleges And Universities

General secretary Xi Jinping at the nineteen Party Congress report pointed out that innovation is the first power to lead the development of the strategic support of the modernization of the economic system,colleges and universities as an important part of the national innovation system,is an important link of human resources and science and technology resources.Especially local universities and regional economic development more closely,local colleges and universities in personnel training,discipline construction and scientific research,more committed to the service of regional economic and social development,local government and enterprises the development of higher education in the region to give more support and attention.Local colleges and universities should play a more important role in promoting the local government to speed up the transformation and development and the innovation and development.In recent years,domestic scholars have conducted in-depth studies on strengthening the regional economic capacity of regional colleges and universities from different theoretical perspectives,and have achieved fruitful results.Combined with the actual development of Nanchong,March 30,2016,by the national "development plan"Chengdu Chongqing city group,Nanchong as an opportunity,the October 2016 Nanchong municipal first proposed the construction of "second Chongqing city"strategic target and development strategy in the sixth session of the 155 plenary session of the party".Hope that through the implementation of five major projects,cultivating five kinds of large-scale industrial clusters,in ten years,Nanchong city of North Sichuan to revive the glory.In this paper,new targets and new ways for the development of Nanchong,the first to conduct field research from three dimensions of personnel services,technical services and other social services to the Nanchong 3 local colleges to serve the regional economic development status,3 universities must do contribution for local economic development.Secondly,we set up the duality model of two images,analyze the suitability of Nanchong's human capital and economic development level by coordination degree,and evaluate the current service status.It is concluded that there is a lack of service enthusiasm,poor talent support and low contribution rate of scientific research in the regional economic development of local colleges and universities in Nanchong.The reason is mainly due to the lack of feasible policy system guidance,the distrust of local governments and enterprises,and the weak ability of local universities.Finally,this study selects Mianyang,which is similar to Nanchong's administrative leveland similar location advantages,while local colleges and universities serve Mianyang's local economic development as a sample.Through comparative analysis,we extract the advanced experience of local colleges and universities through comparative analysis.How to support local governments' strategic decisions,how to cultivate innovative talents and high-quality applied talents that are urgently needed by local universities,and how to create technological achievements needed for local industry development.
