| Local Colleges,mainly by local financial supply on the affiliation by the local government in terms of funding,and thus the purpose of personnel training should focus on the place,to do service for local economic development.This study from the training mode of undergraduate university places to explore and optimize the talent training mode service Institutes and regional economic development,with three undergraduate college in Nanning for example,by literature analysis,questionnaires,interviews,data statistics method and the comparative method study the status quo of the personnel training mode in the postgraduate colleges and universities to find out the shortages of the personnel training mode in the process of service economy development for the postgraduate colleges.We will provide optimized countermeasures for the personnel training mode that serves the development of regional economy,so that the talents cultivated in local universities can better meet the needs of regional economic development and promote regional economic progress.Guangxi's regional economic structure takes the secondary industry as the main economic pillar,and at the same time the tertiary industry is developing rapidly.The corresponding employment structure should be the largest number of employees in the secondary and tertiary industries,and the number of employees in the primary industry is relatively small.However,after investigation,it was found that the employment structure in Guangxi is unreasonable,that the number of people employed in the primary industry is more than half,and the number of employees in the secondary and tertiary industries is too small.Therefore,it can be seen that the secondary and tertiary industries in Guangxi lack a large number of talents.As the main unit for cultivating talents,local colleges and universities should rationally build and optimize the talent training mode for the service of regional economic development and cultivate adequate and applicable talents for the region.Through consulting the literature,interviews and surveys,the research results show that the current personnel training mode in the service of Guangxi's regional economic development in the postgraduate colleges is mainly due to the following problems:(1)In terms of professional settings,the specialty is determined too soon and students blindly Choose a profession.Professional knowledge coverage is narrow.There is not a close connection between the professional structure setting and the needs of the industries in the region;(2)In terms of curriculum setting,the curriculum structure is irrational and the curriculum content is lagging behind.The teaching quality of practical courses is low;(3)The form of classroom organization is single,and the interaction between teachers and students is insufficient;(4)The quality of school-enterprise cooperation is not high,and the depth is insufficient;(5)The diversity of teaching and the unity of evaluation index system are in conflict.Through the analysis of the causes of the problem,this study proposes the following four aspects of optimization strategies for the personnel training model for regional economic development:In terms of legal policies,laws and regulations for the economic service functions of local colleges and universities should be improved,macro guidance should be strengthened,and universities should be refined.Relevant laws and regulations on the autonomy of running schools;In the area of local governments,we should increase funding for local colleges and universities,strengthen the awareness of school-industry cooperation and cooperation between production,teaching and research;in the enterprise,we should change our thinking to be open and active.The attitude to participate in school-enterprise cooperation,strengthen communication and enhance understanding of local universities;in local universities,we should enhance the awareness of service area economic development,increase the emphasis on practical teaching,the establishment of the government,enterprises,local universities "trinity "The cooperative mode of cooperation,and enrich teaching evaluation methods. |
