At present,China is in a new era of success in building a well-off society.Economic development is changing from high-speed growth to high-quality growth.The change in the mode of economic development has produced great demand for highly qualified and highly skilled personnel.The market's demand for talents requires that colleges and universities shoulder the responsibility of cultivating talents and serving the society,then according to the needs of social and economic development to cultivate talents.Based on this,ordinary undergraduate colleges and universitiesbegan to transition to the applied universities to cultivate applied talents.Until now,a large number of ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities have changed the training mode of talents and have achieved remarkable results.Since the cultivation of applied talents has become an active exploration in ordinary universities,however,how to build a scientific talent training model to guarantee the quality of talents has become a new challenge for the development of ordinary undergraduate colleges.Therefore,this thesis designed a new applied talents training mode in the view of market talent demand,which is expected to improve the quality of application-oriented personnel training.The full context contains six chapters and can be divided into five sections.Section one contains chapter one and chapter two,which is the basic theoretical part.Three aspects are selected to tease the current researches at home and abroad,such as application-oriented personal,application-oriented personal training,the exploration on the training mode.Then some relevant core concepts are defined.The theoretical source on the relationship between higher education and regional economy is analyzed from the theory of human capital,regional economicgrowth,education internal andexternal relations,and so on.Section two is chapter three,which discusses the economic development status and talent needs of Hubei,Hunan,Anhui and Henan Provinces in the Central Region.Based on this,the thesis analyzes the problems and deficiencies in the training of local undergraduate colleges and universities in the four provinces.Section three is chapter four,by comparing and analyzing typical cases of applied talents training at home and abroad,expounds the status quo of the cultivation of applied talents at Wenzhou University and Cincinnati University,and analyzes the methods and approaches for the training of applied talents in two universities.Then,the advantages and disadvantages of the two models are compared and analyzed,in order to learn from the successful experience.Section one is chapter five,designed a "regional-cooperative education" talent training model,based on the dimensions of organizational structure,training process,curriculum structure,evaluation and assessment.At last,the thesis designed the "regional-cooperative education" talent training model for the four provinces of Hubei,Hunan,and Anhui,Henan.Section five is the summary part,which summarizes the research conclusion,clear about the next phase of research priorities.
