The word "emotion management" is not new to everyone,and there are more and more research on emotion management.The research object involves all aspects,and secondary vocational students are no exception.In recent years,secondary vocational school students are constantly showing some behavioral problems caused by emotions.Therefore,in order to avoid the expansion of this problem,it is particularly important to enhance the emotional management ability of Secondary Vocational Students.The secondary vocational school students as the research object,in order to improve vocational students' emotion management ability is the core of research on the effectiveness of social class practices.In accordance with the quasi experimental design model,the research carried out in the study of the service object needs assessment,process evaluation and results evaluation.The social class of secondary vocational schools students' emotional management as an example,on the basis of mood management theory,using the method of social class,five aspects of recognize their own emotions,manage their own emotions,self motivation development,understanding the emotions of others and interpersonal relationship management as the main line,the design and implementation of the thirteen phase of social class.Through the research on the evaluation and summary on the effectiveness of the service.This is the emotional management of secondary vocational school students based on social work practice,it mainly focus on the social class of this style can intervene vocational students' emotional management,how to carry out the intervention and intervention effect.Based on the theory of emotional management,the use of social work classroom practice to help secondary vocational school students to improve the ability of emotional management,after two semesters of practical intervention,found that the social class intervention in secondary vocational school students' emotional management is effective.Specific features: first,professional social work intervention in the emotionalmanagement of vocational students,to enhance the emotional management ability to meet their needs;second,social work intervention can help students improve classroom emotion perception ability,control ability and expression ability;third,to provide theoretical guidance and effective social classroom emotional management theory as the emotional management of social class service fourth,to carry out social class;relying on the analysis can more accurate test service quasi experimental study of technology in schools.
