The traditional sports games of ethnic minorities in China are jointly hosted by the Ethnic Affairs Commission and the State Sports Administration,and are undertaken by the local authorities every four years.The nationality,extensiveness and amateurity of its events have made it one of the most influential large-scale comprehensive sports games in the country.The relevant policies implemented by the State Council clearly stipulate that the state should regularly hold traditional sports games for ethnic minorities,aiming to present the traditional sports culture of ethnic minorities and enhance the unity and friendship of all ethnic groups.The traditional sports of ethnic minorities are an important part of the development of socialist sports."Developing sports and strengthening the people's physical fitness" is the fundamental purpose and development direction of China's sports undertakings.The combination of traditional sports and modern sports,the combination of nationality and the world,has made the traditional sports of ethnic minorities embark on the path of popularization,improvement,science and regulation.The opening ceremony can promote and develop the traditional culture of ethnic minorities,promote the economic development of ethnic areas,and build a prosperous scene of socialist culture.Its opening performance provides a favorable guarantee for the inheritance and protection of national culture and the shift of national culture to multicultue.It can provide a reference for the development of the opening ceremony of the National Games and the activities with national cultural characteristics.It can provide a reference for the development of the opening ceremony of the sports games of ethnic minorities into an activity with national cultural features.This paper takes the ethnic cultural elements in the opening ceremony performance of the traditional sports meeting of ethnic minorities in China as the research object,and divides the development history and stages of the opening ceremony performance of the national games through the methods of literature review,interview,on-the-spot investigation,logical analysis,etc.On this basis,this paper analyzes the national artistic characteristics and national spirit of the opening ceremony performance,discusses the application of national cultural elements in the opening ceremony performance of the national games,and preliminarily summarizes the composition of national cultural elements in the opening ceremony performance of the national games.This research will provide important theoretical and practical guiding significance for the development trend of ethnic cultural elements in the performance of the opening ceremony of the National Games in the future.The research results show that:1.Relevant materials and research documents show that the opening ceremony performance can be divided into three stages,namely the embryonic stage,the development stage and the mature stage.2.The opening ceremony performances of all previous national games have shown the characteristics of regional ethnic performances,richness of ethnic content and diversity of ethnic forms.3.The national spirit contained in the performance of the opening ceremony is to better show the elements of national culture and to show the culture with national characteristics.It is the unity of the times and historical inheritance,the unity of national emotion and national value.4.Through video observation and on-the-spot investigation,the author makes a systematic analysis of the application of ethnic cultural elements in the performance of the opening ceremony of the National Games.This article takes the national cultural elements contained in the opening ceremony performance of the 9th and 10 th national traditional minority sports games and the opening ceremony performance of the 9th national games in Hubei province as the research object,and sums up the national cultural elements applied in each chapter and program.5.Through interviews with outstanding workers,the author classifies the composition of ethnic cultural elements in the performance of the opening ceremony of the National Games,roughly divided into four categories: living cultural elements,social cultural elements,cultural symbol elements,singing and dancing cultural elements.6.The development trend of ethnic cultural elements in the performance of the opening ceremony of the traditional ethnic sports meeting should be diversified in style and content selection,with emphasis on the integration of original ecological ethnic sports and large-scale group gymnastics,and strengthening the protection and development of traditional dances of intangible cultural heritage.
