In 2000,the general administration of sport of China pointed out that strengthening the training of coaches is an important and urgent task.In addition,the paper expounds the rapid development of social science and technology,the emergence of knowledge economy and the development of economic globalization.In the course of future development,the tenth fiveyear plan is not only the key five years of socialist modernization in China,but also the key five years of rapid development of sports.In addition,it is expounded that the coaches are the key talents for the development of sports,especially the development of competitive sports,and they play a leading role in the sports field.The quality of coaches is directly related to the development and improvement of athletes' sports technology.It concerns the cultivation of successors to the socialist cause and the construction of spiritual civilization.In order to implement the goal of "Olympic glory program outline" and "national fitness program outline",the quality of coaches must be improved.Also asked the sports department leaders at various levels shall conscientiously implement the strategy of developing the country,practical and post training as the "pilot,overall importance,the foundational knowledge industry and key infrastructure,the priority development of strategic key position",make coaches training undertakings of physical culture and sports an important part and the basis of the development of undertakings of physical culture and sports.Athletics is not only one of the most popular sports in the world,but also the oldest one.The development level of track and field is affected by many factors,and the coach is one of the important reasons.Track and field training is a long-term and arduous system process,it as the basis of competitive sports,from the selection of athletes,daily management,as well as for their special technology and special ability to training and development,to give guidance in the competition,make up the whole process of track and field management,every link and through the concrete behavior of the coaches to complete.It can be said that the coaching behavior of coaches is the expression of the coaching level of coaches,which directly affects the performance of athletes and the development level of athletics to some extent.This study by using the method of documentary,investigation and mathematical statistics methods,such as in shijiazhuang city sports school track and field training of thecoaches behavior as the research object,the status quo of training behavior of the track and field coaches in zhuhai perspective analysis,find out deficiency,from deeper to find the problems existing in the training of track and field in China and want to make a little contribution to the development of shijiazhuang city sports school track and field career.The conclusions are as follows:1.The training behavior of coaches is to better explore the potential ability of players and achieve better results in the process of competition.In daily training,coaches adopt various influential activities with external attributes.2.The training behavior of coaches can be divided into three dimensions,namely,daily management behavior,thought education behavior and training competition guidance behavior,among which 10 aspects of specific behavior can be divided.3.In daily management,coaches paid more attention to the physical condition and diet of the team members,and paid less attention to the career planning after retirement.The focus on the spiritual life of the team members is more on their extracurricular life and the relationship between the team members.When the interpersonal relationship is in conflict,the coach USES more ways to persuade education by talking.4.The coach is more inclined to teach and set an example when he conducts his team members' thinking education.The training plan is more based on the physical condition of the players and the time of the game,among which the training plan is mostly staged.5.Coaches lack attention during the recovery stage of the team members.Most coaches prefer to arrange the recovery methods based on their own experience,mainly by jogging and stretching,and feedback on the training results according to their own experience.6.Before the competition,coaches prefer to motivate team members by means of mobilization meeting and guidance;In the game,the team members are often guided by the combination of speech and non-speech.The summary method of coaches after the competition is more inclined to the analysis of the staged training results and the competition process.
