Research On The Construction Of Young Teachers In Shaanxi Universities

The rise and fall of the country is tied to education,Education is based on teachers.With the strategic adjustment and continuous development of education,young teachers play an important role in the college teachers' team,therefore,to strengthen the construction of young university teachers' ethics and enhance the level of moral standards of young teachers in colleges and universities,is the current and future promote the development of education cause in our country and cultivate new bear his national rejuvenation era of urgent tasks.Therefore,this paper randomly selected "985" engineering universities,"211" engineering universities,the first batch of undergraduate students and the second batch of undergraduate students,the third batch of undergraduate students and private colleges from the mangy universities in shaanxi province,face to young teachers,students and other education personnel including counselors,senior teachers and administrators in these five types of colleges,questionnaire studies on the ideological and political,professional,teaching,academic,and personal qualities of the college young teachers,and combined with the depth interview,the front and side,directly and indirectly,analyzes and illustrates the current situation and existing problems of moral standards of young teachers in colleges and universities.Analysis results on this,from the ideological and moral guide,the government and the society,colleges,families and the Angle of young teachers themselves,find out the cause of the ethics problems,and tries to have a foothold in the new era background,put forward in accordance with the characteristics of young teachers in colleges and universities and the solution of the specific situation,colleges and universities to enhance the level of young university teachers' ethics and promote the healthy development of moral standards of young teachers in colleges and universities.
