Study Of The Ability Of Transition Between Attack And Defense Of The Liaoning Men's Basketball Team In The 13th National Games

With the rapid development of basketball technique worldwide,the overall level of basketball is constantly improving.However,as the most popular sport in China,our national basketball competitiveness has experienced a big step backwards.China is no longer dominant in Asian basketball fields,whose teams have lost the previous characteristics of lower-height,fast-speed,and high-flexibility,hence cannot keep up with the world's developing mainstream of high-competence,fast-pace,and good attack and defense.Lacks of individual ability and tactical strategy lead to the continuous worst records.In the current basketball competitions,the ability of transition between attack and defense is becoming more and more important.Therefore,this paper is to study and analyze the ability of transition between attack and defense of the Liaoning Men's Basketball Team(the Liaoning Team)in the 13 th National Games,aiming at providing theoretical supports for Liaoning Team to improve its performance in the future.This paper utilizes the literature method and statistical method basing on video observations to investigate and analyze the basic situation and current ability of transition between attack and defense of five teams including Liaoning,Tianjin,Jiangsu,Xinjiang and Shanghai.The results are as followed:The average number of times of attacking,turning and defending and the specific number of times of defending and defending are compared.There is no significant difference between liaoning team and opponents.The analysis of the mode of offensive and defensive conversion shows a significant difference with the opponent in the aspects of rebounding and shooting;When playing for rebounding,liaoning team was significantly different from its opponents in terms of The Times of rebounding in the back court and the time consuming of rebounding in area 1 of players in the back court.In terms of attacking,turning and defending in the rebounding contest,liaoning team showed significant differences in terms of losing the front court rebound and opponents' shooting.Liaoning team showed significant differences with their opponents in terms of steals and counterattack shots.In the analysis of defense-to-attack transition after shooting,the Liaoning Team shows significant variance from its competitors in the number of free throws and the total number of counterattacks,and hasan overall better performance than other teams.In the analysis of attack-to-defense transition after shooting,the data shows great differences in the numbers of servings and the numbers of unsealed balls.In the analysis of the attack-to-defense transition after violations,the Liaoning Team shows no significant difference from rivals.In the analysis of the defense-to-attack transition after violations,the Liaoning Team shows no prominent variance compared with competitors.Through the transition of liaoning present situation description,and summarized,and put forward relevant ideas and Suggestions: the efforts to improve the coaches,athletes,the theory of knowledge,for the attack and defense conversion rule of a detailed study,the training and competition,attaches great importance to its,sum up experience in practice,play a technical ability in the game.Attention should be paid to the cultivation of offensive and defensive conversion consciousness and technical and tactical training in daily training,so as to improve the psychological quality of athletes,strengthen physical fitness and endurance training,and improve the ability of offensive and defensive conversion.Make use of competition training method to enable athletes to participate in more competitions,accumulate enough experience,study more European and American competition tactical styles,improve relevant theories of domestic offensive and defensive conversion,and deal with the coordinated development of reaction speed and various aspects of competitive ability.In CBA league,pay more attention to and cultivate the playing method with fast conversion of attack and defense.The whole game of basketball has to come back to the tactical system.If we want to supplement the previous tactical style to the Chinese basketball under the new situation,we must re-examine the selection of basketball players.
