A Comparative Study On The Offensive And Defensive Abilities Of The Women's Basketball Teams In The 13th National Games

As an important part of China's competitive basketball,women's basketball has achieved excellent results in international major events such as the Olympic Games and the Basketball World Cup(World Championships).However,in recent years,the Chinese women's basketball team has performed unsatisfactoryly.In order to promote the development of China's women's competitive basketball in accordance with the times and improve the level of self-competition,we must realize our own deficiencies through research and analysis,and then go through the theory and practice,and continue to strive to improve our competitiveness.It is the key issue concerning the sustainable development of women's competitive basketball in China in the future.This study uses literature data,interviews,questionnaires,video observations,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and case analysis.The six teams participating in the women's basketball preliminaries of the 13 th National Games(Sichuan Wenjiang Division)will be the research object,the basic situation of the participating teams,the various offensive and defensive data,the scoring ability of the players in different positions,and the offensive characteristics.The defensive formation,the efficiency of offensive and defensive,and the head coach's on-the-spot command ability are compared as the offensive and defensive ability indicators of the women's basketball preliminaries in the 13 th National Games.Through analysis,we can find out the advantages and disadvantages of each team in these indicators,and point out the gap between the weak team and the strong team.I hope to give some reference help to the comprehensive attack and defense ability of China's women's competitive basketball.The following main conclusions were drawn from the research: 1.The 13 th National Women's Basketball Preliminaries(Sichuan Wenjiang Division)participating teams except the Yunnan team are non-professional teams,the other teams are professional teams.2.The coaching team of the participating teams is well-equipped with Jiangsu team and Shanghai team.The average age of the head coach is 45 years old,83% of the coaches are undergraduate,and the coaches of Shandong team and Shanghai team have the longest coaching years are 20 years.3.The offensive ability of the women's basketball preliminaries in the 13 th National Games: Jiangsu and Shanghai teams performed relatively well.The Shandong team and the Henan team followed,and the Yunnan team had the highest free throw percentage.The Jiangsu team and the Shanghai team have strong ability to control mistakes,and each of them has made 10 turnovers and 10.8 turnovers per game.The Jiangsu team has an excellent offensive rebounding ability per game.The most outstanding position of the defender is the Jiangsu team.The Henan team has the strongest scoring ability in the forward position,and the Shandong team center has outstanding scoring ability.The Fujian team and the Jiangsu team have a strong fast-breaking ability,and the Shandong team has the highest attack success rate.4.The defensive ability of the women's basketball preliminaries in the 13 th National Games: The overall gap in the backcourt is not much,the Shandong team averaged 8.6 steals per game,and the Shanghai team averaged 4 blocks per game.These defensive figures are the best in the competition.The teams participating in the team mainly use the half-court man-to-man defensive formation,and the Shanghai team and the Jiangsu team have relatively more defensive formations.5.According to the comparative analysis of the offensive and defensive efficiency values of the participating teams in the women's basketball preliminaries of the 13 th National Games,the most balanced offensive and defensive ability is the Jiangsu and Shanghai teams.6.The use of the head coach's commanding ability will affect the team's ability to attack and defend to a certain extent.
