Many studies have pointed out that strength and explosive force are the most important for sports,whether it is team sports or sports that depend on speed and explosive force.The development of explosive force of lower limbs is nothing more than weight training,sprint training or strengthening training.Moreover plyometrics for athletes vertical bounce of the lower limbs with explosive force,etc have significant help,for speed on the performance of the athletes,is also a significant promotion effect.In recent years,the strengthening training has gradually attracted the attention of sports coaches and researchers.According to the research,after ten weeks of strengthening and sprinting training,the athletes' isometric muscle strength,vertical jumping and sprinting ability can be significantly improved.Lower limb performance plays an important role in competitive sports,and the individual's balance ability is closely related to the incidence of lower limb injury.This study in order to "enhance training of juvenile football player explosive impact experimental research",as the research object,the selection of fushun city of liaoning province manchu autonomous county of qingyuan qingyuan level road yifu central primary school grade three boys boy of eight,16 and grade four,a total of 24 boys as experimental object,a two-month experiments.Research on juvenile football players in the trials testing results of statistical analysis,different groups juvenile football players explosive force difference analysis,different groups before and after the experimental training young football athlete standing long jump after the experiment test results contrast analysis,different groups juvenile football players after the experimental training results after the comparative analysis as well as plyometrics mobilization of juvenile football training exercise physiology analysis concretely discusses five aspects such as,the following research conclusions:(1)reinforcement training of juvenile football player power has significant difference;(2)the physiology of reinforcement training presents the law of human activity state.It is concluded in this study that reinforcement training is a positive help to lower limb sports ability(explosive force,agility and speed)of football.There is a need to pay attention to the fact that there is no high intensity at training design,and the intensity must be adjusted to reduce sports injury.
