Comparative Analysis On The Effects Of Offensive And Defensive Techniques Between Fujian Women's Volleyball Team And Its Rivals In The Adult Group In The 13th National Games

In order to make Fujian Women's Volleyball team perform better in the Chinese Women's Volleyball altar,this paper takes Fujian Women's Volleyball team and other teams which participated the 13th National Games as research objects,adopts the method of literature and video observation.Collects the data from 23 videos of games total 46 innings and 3880 points;Uses mathematical statistics and comparative analysis to make statistics,comparison and analysis for three aspects of the non-technical factors,the effects of using offensive techniques and the effects of using defensive techniques of Fujian Women's Volleyball team and the teams participated the National Games.In order to find out the strengths and problems of Fujian women's volleyball team in the use of attack and defense technology when compared with other teams,and provides data comparison,theoretical basis and reference for training and competition of Fujian women's volleyball team,so that they can achieve better results in the next competition cycle.After studies,it shown that:Fujian women's volleyball team achieved the good result of 7th in the National Games,but there is still weakness in some particular skills comparing with other teams.A few old players are facing retirement.We're short on backup.The overall performance is weak attack and strong defensive.Firstly,the non-technical factors of Fujian Women's Volleyball team are mainly due to the significant difference between the spiking height and other teams',and the Ketole Index still needs further improvement.Secondly,in terms of attack,the service offensive of Fujian Women's Volleyball is relatively weak,mainly reflected as the low scoring rate and breaking power,and the small number of active scoring points in spiking.The main strength is Zheng Yixin's scoring point on the position No.2.There is no scoring strength on other positions,because of the weak offensive of smash,so they use drop shots frequently as the solution,the effect of two-count spike is not obvious;Finally,Even though Fujian women's volleyball performed steady level on the defensive during service and reception but the overall level is a little worse compared with other teams.The using effect of block of Fujian Women's Volleyball is general,single block efficiency got the fifth place and was not as good as double block which ranked No.2.The defense is not very good,defense net efficiency ranked No.6,the rank is low And in the middle and lower levelIn view of the advantages and problems referred above in Fujian Women's Volleyball team.the first suggestion is selecting athletes with high height in order to solve the most basic height problem and strengthen their training of strength and speed..And then.mainly strengthens the ability of active score for spiking and strengthens their study and to use consciously about drop shots and two-count spike.Furthermore,improve the quality of their service,emphasize the single block judgment movement to better form the double block,and improve the quality of defense,improve the players'defensive ability;Finally,the reserve players of the team should be planned systematically and the outstanding young players should be brought in for training.
