Analysis On The Winning Factors Of The 18th Asian Games Of Chinese Women Volleyball Team From The Perspective Of Offensive And Defensive Techniques

Since its establishment,the Chinese women's volleyball team has won many honors for the country and won the Asian Games Championship seven times.Although it has experienced a peak,it has also experienced a low ebb.The Chinese women's volleyball team missed the 12 th Hiroshima Asian Games and the 17 th Incheon Asian Games successively,which broke the dream of four consecutive and five consecutive championships.In 2018,the Chinese women's volleyball team won eight matches,and each game scored a perfect "answer sheet"(3:0),once again winning the Asian women's Volleyball Championship for the motherland.Therefore,this paper takes the women's volleyball team of China,Japan,South Korea and Thailand who participated in the 18 th Asian Games as the research object,aiming at further s tudying the application effect of offensive and defensive techniques used by Chinese women's volleyball team and its opponents in the competition.Using a variety of scientific research methods,this paper makes a detailed and systematic analysis of the video data of 9 games and 379 points,and makes a comparative study on the four aspects of the average body index,offensive technical effect,defensive technical effect and blocking technical effect of the Chinese women's volleyball team and its opponents,and draws the following conclusions:Firstly,the Chinese women's volleyball team has two serving techniques which top-rank in the frequency of use in the top four teams.They are frontal overhand serve and jump drift serve.Both serve techniques have the advantages of strong stability,but the offensive(threatening)ability of the serve is not enough to effectively destroy the opponent's organizational attack.Therefore,the Chinese team should gradually change the traditional serving tactics and increase the training of "serving offensiveness".Secondly,the Chinese team combines the effects of rushing,storm and rear attack.It can be seen that the overall strength of the Chinese team in "spiking" is stronger.However,there are still many mistakes in sp iking.Therefore,the stability of spiking in China still needs to be improved.Thirdly,the percentage of Chinese women's volleyball team receiving service is not only higher than that of its opponents,but also higher than that of the other three defensive techniques of the Chinese team itself.The Chinese women's volleyball team is the youngest team in the top four teams of the Asian Games,but it also shows the shortcomings brought by the younger age.The two defensive techniques of the Chinese team which made many mistakes are " pick up spiking" and "receiving the ball back",showing poor stability.Fourthly,the blocking effect of the Chinese team is superior,giving play to the advantages of various physical indicators.In this competition,the Chinese team has carried out a good training and exercise for the new players.The average height and weight of Chinese players are better than their opponents,and the height of blocking and spiking also ranks first.They have obvious advantage of net-cord.Therefore,the overall blocking effect of Chinese team in this Asian Games is better than that of their opponents,which is reflected in high blocking score(rate)and low blocking error(rate).However,the Chinese team still has to make unremitting efforts to reduce the rate of interception,so as to improve the stability of the team's blocking.
