Core training is a method of strength training.The term "core strength" originated from core stability.Core strength training mainly focuses on core muscles,including the abdominal,hip,lumbosacral,chest and back muscles.In competitive sports,the vast majority of exercise is done through the limbs,so strength training often focus on the limbs,while neglecting trunk strength training.Through this training method,it is difficult to achieve the desired effect.Later European and American scholars found the neglected problem of trunk strength training and put forward the concept of core stability and core strength.This discovery has caused a huge impact on the traditional training methods,but at the same time,it has also promoted the further improvement of the strength training system.Especially in the training of high-level athletes,domestic experts and scholars have formed their own training system from the beginning of learning and reference.In my paper,14 swimming special students were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group.And three times a week for eight weeks of experimental intervention,the experimental group for core strength training on the paddle board,while the control group for core strength training on land.Result: 1.Both the paddle board and the onshore core strength training can improve the stability of the subject.The special training of the upper and lower limbs of the swimming special students who use the core training on the paddle board is more effective than the special training of the onshore core training,especially in the The stability of the left and right upper limbs is improved.2.The swimming special students who use the core training on the paddle board have 8 weeks of training.The balance between the left foot,the right foot and the standing position of the feet has obvious improvement regardless of whether or not the eyesight is involved.The effect is more obvious;the swimming special students who use the core strength training on the ground have a significant improvement in the balance of the right foot standing position after 8 weeks of training and blinking,and the balance in other states has an increasing trend;The swimming special students of the core strength training on the board have the effect of improving the balance ability under the visual participation and without visual participation before and after the experiment,which is obviously superior to the swimming special students of the core strength training.3.The core stability of the two groups of swimming students who used the core strength training and the onshore core strength training on the paddle board were significantly enhanced before and after the experiment,while the core strength training on the paddle board improved the core stability ability.4.The nuclear strength training on the paddle board has less influence on the explosive power of the swimming area.On the contrary,the onshore strength training is more conducive to the improvement of the explosive power of the swimming area.5.After the experiment,the 50-meter freestyle results of the two groups of swimming students trained on the paddle board and the onshore core strength were improved.However,the problem is that the scores of the two groups of students are almost the same,and there is not much difference.
