With the implementation of the new curriculum reform,the content of mathematical plausible and deductive reasoning is becoming detail-oriented.The plausible reasoning runs through the whole process of mathematics learning,but the deductive reasoning begins to develop since junior high school when students have already gone through mathematics study in elementary school.This is the period when students have grasped the basic mathematics knowledge and learning experience so that they are more likely to accept new things.Their ability of logic,inquiry and perception have all been developed to some extent,which is the critical stage to cultivate students' plausible and deductive reasoning competence.Through the training of plausible and deductive reasoning in junior middle school mathematics teaching,students will be able to open up their mind and improve their abilities to discover and solve problems,which allows them to be well versed in the knowledge among various subjects and be able to apply the knowledge flexibly.Based on this,the author sorted out the relevant plausible and deductive reasoning theories,and selected the investigation on the mathematics plausible and deductive reasoning ability of junior high school students as the research topic.First of all,focused on the theme of plausible and deductive reasoning,the author expounds the background and significance of plausible and deductive reasoning research.By referring to relevant education theories at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the research outcomes of scholars and teachers,and puts forward the research problems of the plausible and deductive reasoning from junior high school students and their ideas and methods.Secondly,the author lays a theoretical foundation on cultivating plausible and deductive reasoning ability through the theoretical analysis and review of the plausible and deductive reasoning's concepts and relationships.Then,the author uses the questionnaire survey method to investigate students current situation in terms of cognition and ability of mathematics plausible and deductive reasoning.This paper also evaluates the cognitive level and the application of plausible and deductive reasoning by interviews with teachers.Thereafter the author comes to a research conclusion.Finally,the author combines the research findings and analysis towards the current situation of the plausible and deductive reasoning ability,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for cultivating the plausible and deductive reasoning ability of junior high school students.(1)Emphasize on cultivating students' plausible and deductive reasoning ability during the lesson.(2)Let students experience the process of mathematical plausible and deductive reasoning(3)Use information technology to improve students' mathematics plausible and deductive reasoning ability(4)Apply life practice to improve students' mathematics plausible and deductive reasoning ability.The conclusion is the summarization of the thesis,which interprets the shortcomings of the thesis in the research,and proposes the ideas and prospects for further research.
