Running jump shots as the teaching content of physical education track and field compulsory courses should be paid close attention.Learning the most basic running jump technology in track and field sports is conducive to the reserve of action skills.It is easier to produce positive migration when learning other projects,which is convenient for quick learning and Master more complex technical moves.At the same time,as a high-explosive movement,track and field sports have high requirements for the strength and flexibility of large and small muscle groups and the coordination of various systems.Although the protection of students has been paid great attention in the teaching class,due to individual factors of students,old injuries,etc.When the irresistible factors exist,the damage rate remains high.In view of the above phenomenon,this thesis takes the undergraduate students of the 3rd class of the 17 th level of the Competitive Sports College of Beijing Sport University as the experimental object,taking the influence of the trunk pillar stability and regeneration practice in the teaching of running jump and jumping as the research object,using the literature data method and expert interview.The method of law,mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey and experimental method found that: 1)the stability of the trunk pillar and the regeneration practice and the traditional teaching practice can make the subject FMS test score rise,and the experimental group before and after the experiment FMS screening There is a significant difference in the total score.The former is better in improving the score of the active straight knee lift screening test,that is,it is better to improve the flexibility of the posterior dynamic chain of the subject,and effectively reduces the risk of hamstring injury.2)The trunk pillar stability and regeneration practice can effectively improve the front and rear power chain function and some school sports test indicators,but the high-intensity anaerobicexercise test index and the body side power chain performance are not greatly improved.3)The performance of the running,jumping and voting skills of the experimental group for the stability and regeneration of the trunk pillar was about 2points higher than that of the control group.There was no significant difference,but it can still be considered that the practice method promoted the teaching to a certain extent.Quality improvement.4)Torso support stability and regeneration exercise reduced the total score of VAS pain in the experimental group,and there was no significant acute injury in the experimental group.5)After the end of the experiment,75% of the subjects in the experimental group believed that the exercise could enhance the interest in the classroom,and 56.2% of the subjects believed that the exercise could promote the learning of running and jumping,and 100% of the subjects thought that this was done.Exercises can effectively promote muscle fatigue recovery and reduce the risk of sports injuries.87.5% of the subjects believe that the trunk pillar stability and regeneration exercises should be added in the running,jumping,and teaching classes.
