Research On The Factors Affecting The Development Of Campus Football

In recent years,as one way of education and a pilot project of school physical education reform,campus football has been greatly promoted by the state.The development of campus football activities for teenagers not only promotes the popularization of football in grass-roots level,but also cultivates excellent football reserve talents.However,the purpose is to help teenagers develop in an all-round way,so that they can both enjoy the fun of and be good at football,and eventually become elites in all walks of life.At present,under the enormous entrance pressure,the obesity and myopia rates of teenagers are increasing year by year,and school physical education is in danger of being marginalized.Sports play an irreplaceable role in children's health.By mastering football skills,their health can be promoted,and the ability of resisting frustration and pressure can be improved.What's more,the sense of cooperation and mutual assistance can be cultivated.The sustainable development of campus football project needs not only the guidance of the government,but also the efforts of all schools throughout the country,as well as the support of society and families.In recent years,the campus football activities in Weidu District of Xuchang City have made outstanding achievements.In order to promote the further development of campus football activities,this paper investigates and analyses the development of campus football in 31 schools in Weidu District of Xuchang City which were selected as National Characteristic Campus Football Schools in 2015,2016,2017 and 2018 by using the methods of documentation,investigation and mathematical statistics.Through investigating 360 students and parents as well as 25 coaches,this paper studies the current situation of campus football in Weidu District of Xuchang City,and analyses the influence of schools,families and society on the development of campus football,as well as provides scientific basis and reference for the sustainable development of campus football.After analyzing and studying the results of the survey,the following conclusions can be drawn:1.Sufficient football ground and training equipment show that characteristic campus football schools in Weidu District of Xuchang City pay attention to the development of football activities,but the propaganda for parents is not enough.2.Football teachers are highly professional and experienced.Each school has at least one football teacher,but there is no incentive mechanism for them.3.Except for the powerful and traditional football schools,other schools lack attention to campus football,failing to carry out activities in strict accordance with the standards of national characteristic campus football schools.4.Team members train every day at school,while non-school team members seldom participate in football activities.Schools attach too much importance to the improvement of athletics but neglect popularization.What's more,the competition among schools is unbalanced,showing a trend of “the strong gets stronger”.5.Parents' educational level,occupation and economic ability do not directly affect whether their children become school team members or not.6.Team members' academic performance is good and it is highly possible for them to find a good job after graduation.7.Whether a child is a member of the school team or not has a strong correlation with his or her family members' interest in football as well as with if he joins a youth football club.In view of the above conclusions and the actual situation of the campus football activities in Weidu District,the following suggestions can be put forward:(1)Through various media channels,schools can actively publicize relevant information of campus football and change parents' education concept.(2)A perfect football teachers' reward evaluation mechanism should be established to inspire their enthusiasm.(3)The leading unit and joint supervision mechanism of campus football should be constructed to strengthen the assessment of characteristic schools.(4)The construction of professional talent team should be strengthened,and football teachers in primary and secondary schools should be distributed in a reasonable and balanced way.
