Research purposes: Through reading the literature of tire-turning training,in previous studies,tire-turning training is a training method aiming at improving strength endurance,strengthening leg strength and core strength.However,the previous research on tire-turning is still relatively small,and there is no analysis of the power characteristics of tire-turning.The purpose of this study is to analyze the EMG and dynamic characteristics of the main muscles in the training of rapid tire turning,and to explore the movement characteristics and the strength characteristics of the main muscles in the training of rapid tire turning,so as to provide some theoretical support for the scientificity of tire turning training in the physical training of athletes.Research methods: The subjects of this study were healthy adult males who squatted more than 130 kg and weighed less than 81 kg.EMG,infrared high-speed motion capture system and three-dimensional dynamometer were used to collect EMG and dynamics of lower limb muscles when subjects rolled over 85 kg and 100 kg tires with diameter of 120 cm.Kinetics and other indicators were analyzed.The acquisition frequency of EMG is 2000 Hz,the acquisition frequency of infrared high-speed motion capture is 200 Hz,and the acquisition frequency of three-dimensional dynamometer is 1000 Hz.All data in the characteristic stage are standardized to 100 numbers by using MATLAB.The integrated EMG,ground reaction force,and ground reaction force of the same subject when turning over 85 kg tire and 100 kg tire are measured by SPSS software.Joint power and other data were tested by paired sample T test.The results are as follows: 1.The ground reaction force-time curve of the fast turning tire is divided into three stages,three peaks and two troughs.The segment of the lighter tire is not obvious as that of the heavier tire.There is no significant difference between the maximum force of 85 kg and the maximum force of 100 kg when the fast turning tire is 85 kg and 100 kg.The duration of 100 kg 0.77 s is 100 kg.Significant higher than 85 kg 0.65 s.2.The power-time curve of the hip joint corresponds to the ground reaction force-time curve.There is no significant difference between the average power of the joints,the maximum moment of the joints,the maximum moment of the joints and the maximum power of the joints between the two tires.The work done by the hip joint and the knee joint in the tire turning training is obvious,and the force is also significant.The moment is relatively large,and the joint angular velocity increases explosively in the final stage.3.The order of activation was lateral femoral muscle,medial femoral muscle,rectus femoris,gastrocnemius muscle,biceps femoris longissimus muscle,semitendinosus muscle,gluteus maximus muscle and tibialis anterior muscle.There was no significant difference between the maximum iEMG of the two tires.Research conclusions: 1.The maximum strength,joint maximum power and joint angular velocity appear in the second half of the action in the training of rapid tire turnover.And the joint angular velocity increases explosively at the end of the movement.2.Fast tire movement force is divided into stages.The wave peak size in the initial stage is determined by hip extension ability,in the middle stage is determined by hip and knee extension ability,and in the final stage is determined by the joint force of hip,knee and ankle.3.The activation order of fast tire turning was anterior thigh,calf and posterior thigh in turn.The activation of medial femoral muscle,lateral femoral muscle,gastrocnemius muscle and long head of biceps femoris muscle was obvious.
