In recent years, the methed to add vibration stimulation in resistance training is very widely used. But the vibration training program, including the frequency, amplitude and duration is still much controversy, especially for various specialily of sports programs still need further exploration. This study chose different vibration frequency, the same amplitude, and training programs for study, focus on the characteristics of badminton, to explore the effects of vibration training in training badminton player, trying to explore new methods for badminton strength training. This study chose Beijing Sport University Badminton specialality’s 27 male athletes. Chose two representative frequency of 30Hz and 45Hz, the athletes were divided into three groups for the to frequency and the control group. We will test the athlets’standing long jump, vertical jump knees,30m run and badminton special mobile testing at the very beginning and after the experiments. Comes to the following conclusions:(1)vibration training can improve badminton athlete’s lower limb explosive. The data of standing long jump and vertical jump scores knees indicate that after nine weeks strength training, the athletes’ lower limb explosive have increased in different degrees. The vibraton training can effectively impove more than the control group, the group of 45Hz is better than group of 30Hz.(2) Vibration training can significantly improve badminton athletes’ special speed. The data of athlets’ 30m run and special mobile test results, the test scores of two experimental groups were significantly better than the control group. In 30m run test, the frequency of vibration45Hz group is better than 30Hz group, in special mobile test, the the growth rate of shuttle run and low center of gravity around corners were nearly the similar.
