Research On The Characteristics Of Campus Football Referees' Competence

The current campus football in China is in a stage of rapid development,the campus football has received wide attention from all walks of life and as enforcers of campus football and managers,the campus football referees need to have what kind of ability and quality to better service for the development of campus football become the research focus.Competency theory is a widely used theory in management and psychology,which is mainly used in public management and human resource development.This article through the literature material law and behavioral event interview method to extract the middle school and primary school campus football referees should have the competence characteristics of elements and characteristics of these elements are classified,and then classifies these good characteristic elements through expert inspection after the preliminary formed the campus football referees competence characteristics theory,based on development of the campus football referee competence characteristics measurement and questionnaire distributed to long engaged in campus football referees referee work in primary and secondary schools in our country,the project is made for the recycling effective questionnaire analysis,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,reliability test and validity test,Finally put forward and verify the campus football referee competency theory.The study came to the following conclusions:(1)the competency theory of Chinese middle and primary school campus football referees includes three dimensions including physical and mental quality,cultural quality and special business ability,and 15 competency characteristics of its subordinates.The dimension of physical and mental quality includes physical quality,volitional quality,emotional stability,motivational needs and personal traits.The cultural quality dimension includes school sports knowledge,sports medicine knowledge,football referee theory knowledge and computer and foreign language knowledge.The dimensions of special business ability include on-the-spot law enforcement ability,communication and writing ability,solidarity and cooperation ability,rich law enforcement experience,organization and management ability and learning ability.The results of exploratory factor analysis also verify that the dimensions of the competency characteristics of campus football referees are consistent with the proposed theoretical structure,and the results of confirmatory factor analysis also prove the fitting between the proposed model and the ideal model,which indicates that this research on the competency characteristics of campus football referees is reasonable and credible.(2)according to the 312 valid questionnaires collected,the majority of campus football referees are male;Most of them have bachelor's degree.Age is mainly under 30 years old young football referees;In the judgment level mainly by the national level two and the national level primarily.(3)the reliability and validity test results of the questionnaire designed in this study are as follows: in the reliability test,the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the total questionnaire is 0.940,the dimension of physical and mental quality is 0.874,the dimension of cultural quality is 0.885,and the dimension of special business ability is 0.930.The split-half reliability of the total questionnaire was 0.888,the dimension of physical and mental quality was 0.871,the dimension of cultural quality was 0.898,and the dimension of special business ability was 0.898.In the structural validity analysis,the correlation coefficients between the total questionnaire and each dimension were 0.917,0.884 and 0.847,respectively.The correlation coefficients were 0.714,0.682 and 0.615,respectively.In the reliability test of the questionnaire,the values of Cronbach's alpha coefficient and partial reliability are both greater than 0.8,indicating that the reliability of the questionnaire designed in this study is very high.In the structural validity test of the questionnaire,the value of the correlation between the total questionnaire and each dimension is greater than 0.8,while the value of the correlation coefficient between dimensions is distributed between 0.6 and 0.8.It shows that the factors are not only independent,but also related to each other and can reflect certain attributes.The results show that the structure design of the questionnaire is reasonable and has certain validity.
