The Free combat is a fierce confrontation,the political and defensive transformation of the changeable combat sport,the body position of the movement mobilization is always in a changing state,,the need for linear speed change movement and curve change direction movement.Therefore,athletes need to adjust themselves according to the ever-changing situation in the competition field in order to smoothly enter politics or defense,and keep good posture and dynamic stability in the constantly changing competition.However at present,the strength training of Free combat is mainly based on general strength training,which can't satisfy the changeable characteristics of attack and defense in Free combat.In Free combat competition,because of the unstable factors of the opponent's moving his own pace,it is difficult for the Free combat players to strike out the strength and speed of their usual training.This phenomenon occurs because of the neglect of small muscle groups and unstable training to control body stability.Functional strength training is based on the overall coordinated movement of the human movement chain,emphasizing the stability and balance of human movements.Through the coordinated efforts of nervous system to human movement,we should emphasize the multiple joints effect,overcome the monotonous training mode of single joint,pay attention to the role of body movement chain,avoid the strength of a single link of training,improve sports performance and reduce the occurrence of sports injuries through the improvement of speed,strength and explosive force,involving every joint in the human movement chain.Acceleration,deceleration and stability of different planes can better meet the strength training of Free combat.This paper theoretically analyzes and tests the influence of functional strength training on the strength of Free combat.and kicking by means of literature,expert interview,experimental method and mathematical statistics.Adolescent Free combat athletes from Laizhou Zhonghua Martial Arts School were selected as experimental subject,and 20 subjects meeting the experimental conditions were selected and divided into control group and experimental group.The experimental subjects were tested for 8weeks and the test indicators were tested.Through the comparison of the longitudinaland horizontal directions between the groups,the experimental results are mathematically analyzed and analyzed:Functional strength training beats the strength of the whiplash before the Free combat,the continuous hitting power of the Free combat fist,the counterattack strength and the combined strength of the continuous fist and leg increase,change is significant(p<0.05).The single blow to the straight punch after Free combat Playing strength to improve change is not significant.In summary,functional strength training can effectively improve the strength of boxing and kicking by improving the proprioception of the muscles of young Free combat athletes,the transmission of deep small muscles groups and the power of the power chain.
