Influence Of Strength Training On The Special Skills Of College Male Basketball Players

In the modern basketball special technical training process,the most important is the training of the body's sensitivity,coordination,balance,aerobic endurance,muscle strength and moving speed.Muscle strength is the basis of all movements and is the premise and guarantee for the completion of high quality movements.At present,in the basketball training of college sports majors,there is little contact with the core strength training,and most of them use some conventional traditional strength training.In this study,20 students from the Department of Physical Education of Baotou Teachers College were selected as experimental subjects.The subjects were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was engaged in core strength training to intervene,and the control group was subjected to traditional strength training for intervention.In the early stage of training,the indicators were tested in the middle and the end,and the results of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed.The results of the study showed that(1)the experimental group passed the long-term core strength training,sprint running,T-run,four-point moving pace,prompting sports test,sports sprint running,speed dribble,then turning and diverting the ball,running around the corner Passing and five squats have a significant reduction in time.Eight-level abdominal bridge,running high,ten seconds across the hurdle,one-minute chronograph shooting and dribble emergency stop jumper scores have improved significantly.(2)The control group passed the long-term traditional strength training,T-run,four-point moving pace,dribble sprint running,variable speed dribble,five squat chronographs and four-corner running pass,with a significant reduction in time.The eight-level abdominal bridge has a significant improvement in the score of ten seconds across the hurdle and running high.In the shooting test,the number of goals in the dribble jumper has improved,but it is not very stable.(3)In the star-offset balance test,the experimental group undergoes long-term core strength training,and the right foot supports the anterior medial,medial,posterior medial,posterior and posterior lateral directions,and the relative distances are obviously increased,and the balance ability is obvious enhanced.The relative distance between the left lateral support anterior lateral,medial,posterior and posterior medial aspects was significantly increased,and the balance ability was significantly enhanced.In the control group,the balance of the anterior medial,anterior,medial,posterior medial,posterior and posterolateral supports was significantly improved by long-term traditional strength training.The left foot supports the inside,and the balance of the posterolateral,posterior,and medial sides is significantly improved.Both strength trainings promote the improvement of balance ability,but the effect of the balance ability on the weaker side is more obvious.(4)In the basketball game,two different strength training methods have a positive effect on the balance ability of the body,the quick exertion ability,the sensitivity and coordination of the movement,and the increase in the number of hits.However,through this study,it is found that the time for strength training is different,and the roles played by the two strength trainings are also different.(5)During the exercise,no technical movement can leave the core of the body,but without the support of the large muscles,the muscle strength of the core area can not be fully exerted.The two forces cannot be separated,and no power can exist in a single way.Relatively speaking,core strength training recruits more muscles to participate,while traditional strength training is more targeted and less involved in muscle involvement.Suggestions for basketball strength training(1)To develop a reasonable training plan,not only technical tactics and physical training,strength training should be combined with technical and tactical training.Muscle strength is the basis of all technical movements.It is recommended that weekly strength training be best maintained 2-3 times.(2)Combine core strength training with traditional strength training and join core strength training on the basis of traditional strength training.Some unstable factors can be added to the core strength training,so the practice is better.(3)It is recommended that future researchers select more professional and high-level athletes when selecting subjects.During the strength training process,the training time is extended as much as possible,and the effect of the experiment is more obvious.
